I arrived at 4pm. No customers there, and 2 people behind counter standing. The food looked old, needed to be stirred what was there. Meats looked not edible, little in pans. I got a veg bowl @$17 for disappointing food. Added a drink, place was dirty, sloppy and very disappointed at my first & last visit to the new Jasper Ga store.

Thank god this is not my local chipotle. Only good thing I can say is the short hispanic girl in there is great. Otherwise, the bowl sizes compared to other chipotles were literal child portions. You will get ripped off. Got double chicken and it was laughable. Wait a few months for them to get some actual employees in there and try again. MAYBE

Ordered a burrito from here a couple times, wanted to give more than 1 chance. I was hopeful that the portions would be good, was very disappointed. Especially with delivery, the portion was tiny. There are better options elsewhere

I have used mobile pick up at this location several times now and every time without fail something has been missing whether its been the red chimichurri or the guac. Both which cost extra. I use the apps chat bot to submit a complaint and I get a voucher for a free guac but its still frustrating to pay for something and then not receive the item!
Everything is either overcooked or undercooked, the employees are exceptionally rude. Would not recommend this place to anyone

You can tell the people here are trying. Most of the crew members are super understanding and will actually make an effort to correct things that they may have messed up. For a place that has just opened I can’t wait to see what this place will turn into!

Took 30 minutes for a burrito. Didn’t even fill up my drink all the way. Don’t go through the mobile drive thru

Ordered 1 bowl & 1 burrito at 7:13pm, the app said to pick it up at 7:20pm. It’s currently 7:50pm & we are sitting in the drive thru watching them make our order.
They dropped my first burrito on the floor, laughed for a good few mins & started remaking our food.
The line is wrapped all around the building & 30 mins late. No urgency from the employees.

Don’t understand their ordering procedures. Certain items can’t be ordered from inside. Has to be digital order. Seems like this is for store convenience not customer. I can order anything from the menu inside the store at Taco Bell and Bravos as well as any Mexican restaurants. Will not be back.
Like all chipotles if you order via door dash prepare for them to rip you off and not give you the extras you pay for...
At which point are we going to be allowed to arrest for theft? I paid you for a service and items that you did not provide.
Maybe if a franchisee or the CEO got out in cuffs for stealing things would change. But instead they'll write it up as an mistake even though it happens 9 out of 10 times.
