I'm on a new diet and ordered a salad with Bacon tonight. I didn't expect it would be so good. All veggies were fresh, lettuce was crispy, tomatoes excellent. The Bacon and chicken were cooked perfectly. I put on my Honey mustard and Red Raspberry dressings, and by mistake my wife's BBQ sauce....the combination was delicious.

The person taking the order was brand new and shouldn't have been left on his own so soon. It took a long time to place the order because he didn't know what buttons to press.

This led to accuracy errors as we got some wrong items and others missing. They need to make sure an employee is better trained before leaving him to take orders alone.

The food itself was good.

Culver’s was just ok. The burgers were good. The onion rings were not great. The custard was not that flavorful either. Ketchup dispensers didn’t work or were empty. Service seemed decent- no one had much personality or was trying to give great service - but they did bring the food in a reasonable time and I heard them apologize well to a lady who was frustrated that her food wasn’t cooked well.
Overall I think the value was decent for the amount of food you received...
