They are limited on sugar free syrups here but still have way more than Starbucks :) I had a sugar free iced hazelnut Americano with cream and it was great! I like my coffee strong and it did not disappoint. The store was extremely clean and so were the bathrooms, which is always appreciated. They had a good selection of fresh donuts. I ordered a 10 pack munchkins and was able to mix it up to get a variety. I will definitely go back if I'm ever in the area again

I enjoy their coolatas, especially the vanilla, one, its rich creamy taste. reminds me of homemade snow cream as a child. I also enjoy a cup of warm Macta with Carmel swirls and hazelnut swirls, added to it are nice when when the weather is cool or great for a morning pick me up since it provides me more caffeine than coffee and with the sweetness of the Carmel and hazelnut that make a good pair. Their always friendly, and if i happen to order something through the app and they run out, they are willing to replace it with something else free of charge . There donut are good I like several different ones, so it's hard to pick one and I also like how they usual have a seasonal one as well. the latestest if you really want a really sweet one while they lasted, I would say there cotton candy one is it. Their donut holes are nice as well. I also have recently enjoyed their ham, and Swiss sliders with mustard are good as well. And I can order things through the app and pick it up at my convenience through drive thru is very beficicial for me as well.

Seems like they had a new employee working the window during breakfast rush. He was having trouble which is understandable, but the manager was being extremely rude to him and embarrassed him in front of me and other employees.
Also the coffee sucks. No matter how many sugars I ask for they never put ANY.

I ordered Dunkalatte on Sat morning 5:30 am and the barista gave me a iced coffee with bunch of sugar in the bottom. The coffee was watery, no flavor. Very disappointed.

Food(donuts) are ok but we typically go there for the coffee which is excellent albeit a little pricey.
I recently visited the Dunkin’ Donuts location where Shelby, Georgia, and Summer work, and I must say, my experience was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere.
Shelby was particularly attentive and ensured that my order was taken promptly. She was knowledgeable about the menu and helped me choose the perfect iced coffee and donuts. Her positive attitude truly made the experience enjoyable.
Georgia also contributed to the great service by preparing my order quickly and efficiently. She was not only fast but also meticulous, ensuring that everything was just right. It’s evident that she takes pride in her work.
Summer rounded out the team with her cheerful demeanor and great communication skills. She helped facilitate a smooth operation behind the counter, all while making sure that customers felt welcome.
Together, this trio creates a fantastic experience at Dunkin’ Donuts. Their teamwork, professionalism, and dedication to customer service are commendable. I highly recommend visiting this location to enjoy both a delicious treat and outstanding service from Shelby, Georgia, and Summer!

This is the 2nd time the drive through has messed up our order. 1st time my wife caught the mistake so we had to drive around again. Today I ordered 1 coffee w/2 creams-it tasted like they gave me 7 creams so threw it out. They were out of coffee rolls so ordered 4 other donuts, only received 3. And they aren't even made fresh! usually cold. If my wife was with me, she would have made me go back. 3rd try will be the strike out and a lost customer. You need qualify staffing with proper training, and re-training.

Quality and customer service has definitely improved at this location from previous years. 90% of employees are great. But wanted to give Ivy (sp?) acknowledgement for her efforts. She has a positive attitude and always says ‘have a great day’ even if from across the store. Great team all around!!
