Put a mobile order in and they told me they didn’t get it (in a very rude manner) so I ordered it again & went inside and again was met with a rude encounter. Sat there for probably 15 minutes while 4 other people got their drinks and each time they would look at me. Very unprofessional & very unpleasant. I wish they would have at least one adult in the building since they were all children. I can’t even get a refund through the app & wouldn’t dare asking them about it.

They are limited on sugar free syrups here but still have way more than Starbucks :) I had a sugar free iced hazelnut Americano with cream and it was great! I like my coffee strong and it did not disappoint. The store was extremely clean and so were the bathrooms, which is always appreciated. They had a good selection of fresh donuts. I ordered a 10 pack munchkins and was able to mix it up to get a variety. I will definitely go back if I'm ever in the area again

They're open 24/7 and they make the fresh donuts around 3:00 and 4:00 a.m.

I enjoy their coolatas, especially the vanilla, one, its rich creamy taste. reminds me of homemade snow cream as a child. I also enjoy a cup of warm Macta with Carmel swirls and hazelnut swirls, added to it are nice when when the weather is cool or great for a morning pick me up since it provides me more caffeine than coffee and with the sweetness of the Carmel and hazelnut that make a good pair. Their always friendly, and if i happen to order something through the app and they run out, they are willing to replace it with something else free of charge . There donut are good I like several different ones, so it's hard to pick one and I also like how they usual have a seasonal one as well. the latestest if you really want a really sweet one while they lasted, I would say there cotton candy one is it. Their donut holes are nice as well. I also have recently enjoyed their ham, and Swiss sliders with mustard are good as well. And I can order things through the app and pick it up at my convenience through drive thru is very beficicial for me as well.
Seems like they had a new employee working the window during breakfast rush. He was having trouble which is understandable, but the manager was being extremely rude to him and embarrassed him in front of me and other employees.
Also the coffee sucks. No matter how many sugars I ask for they never put ANY.

I ordered Dunkalatte on Sat morning 5:30 am and the barista gave me a iced coffee with bunch of sugar in the bottom. The coffee was watery, no flavor. Very disappointed.
