The winery is in a beautiful setting and there’s lots of outdoor space to enjoy the scenery. The indoor seating is good as well, although in both cases the chairs are pretty uncomfortable the way they hit your spine so taking your own camp chair isn’t a bad idea. The wine’s not bad. Nothing I would go out of my way for, but it makes for a fine afternoon to sit out and enjoy the weather — and in summer, some live music. The goats and their guardian dogs are a must see!
Pretty nice place to relax, and pet friendly! They offer several options for sampling their wines, and you can bring some food and have it there and they will recommend what wine goes well with what you are going to eat. Quite honestly, it was a really nice experience!
Fainting Goats is located in a beautiful scenic area. We enjoyed the wine tasting and a bottle of wine while listening to entertainment. We had gotten tickets for their dinner. That was very disappointing, $29 for a small amount of food.
Food was out of a little food trailer, a woman and her eight year-old son serving. And the food was cold. But the winery itself the atmosphere and the staff and the wine are excellent.
