Placed an order for a pizza some wings and a salad. Never arrived. After waiting 2 hrs and calling the delivery service I called. They told me they don’t deliver even though it’s clearly an option on the website. Can’t rate the food or the atmosphere because it never arrived. I was told it’s because they don’t have a tablet. If that’s true someone needs to let them know it’s 2024.

It was run at first waiting for my food with my family then I got the chicken now I do say everything else was fine it was great it was just the chicken otherwise really good place great atmosphere great service just bad chicken

Went to I ❤️ NY pizza in Jasper today for our weekly trip. Ordered the pizza we wanted. When it came out the waiter leaned over and her hair was in the pizza as she bent over to put it on the table. Well, I pointed it out to her and she said “do you want it?”, to which I replied, “not after your hair has been in it. So she took it back to the kitchen and the (I guess it was the lady manager) came out and ask if we still wanted the pizza we ordered and said that she would remake it. I expressed concern that they would bring the same pizza back out. She said I promise you it won’t be the same pizza. About 10 minutes later she brought a pizza out, and I know she had not had time to remake a pizza and run it through the oven. She put it on the table and said “be careful, it’s hot”. That pizza was barely warm. It was, what I think was, the same pizza. By this time I was just shocked that she would have the nerve to bring the same pizza to our table after it had been touched by the waiters long hair. Why no hair restraints? If you can’t be trusted to remake a pizza, then proceed to lie about it and pretend you remade it, how can we trust you with our future orders? Guess what? We will find another pizza place closer to home. We drive from Fairmount to eat pizza there at least once a week, but we won’t anymore. Learn to be trustworthy. It pays in the long run. Adios!

Enjoyed a Greek salad this trip and while the lettuce was not very fresh, overall the salad was good. The wife enjoyed the spaghetti. The spaghetti sauce leans toward sweet as opposed to acidic but she enjoyed it.

Always yummy food and every experience we have had here has been positive. The Zuke Shoots are my favorite appetizer and any kind of pizza is going to be delicious; they have great sub sandwiches, too, or pasta dishes. Much better than larger chain places!
So happy to have found this hidden jem! Absolutely love the patio, wish the rooftop was open! The food and service were fabulous!
