Store is run by a bunch of thieves who can't get an order right and don't put the extra meat and cheese you pay for on your order.

Not very sanitary. I ordered a #7 on Rosemary bread which I always get at the Canton Riverstone location. As I was eating my sub, the bread just had a peculiar odor. This location isn’t clean looking and the people serving the customers have terrible attitudes. I hadn’t eaten all day and went here around 1:30pm. After eating I had to go to Ingles for groceries. My stomach started gurgling and off to the toilet I went! So now I’m hugging the toilet today. Nasty! Nasty! Won’t eat here ever again. I don’t know if they don’t have the deli meats at the right temperature or if something was wrong with the bread, but I don’t believe they are practicing safe food standards and more people are going to get sick. No excuse in being dirty.

The subs are great but the accuracy of the order is inconsistent (customizations applied to the wrong sub and subs labeled incorrectly) and since we usually get take out we don't see the issues until we are home.

Absolutely horrendous service. I'm no Karen, and I understand people have bad days, but time and time again they treat me and my friends like dirt. I'm a respectful and generally cheerful person, so I'm baffled why I'm treated like this. Avoid this branch at all costs

Today is my first time going to Jersey, Mike's that is. The other Jersey I've never been to,no rush to go. I will for sure go again because I've got to try their Philly Cheese Steak, pretty much my favorite sub. Today I got the Italian and it was delicious. Subs o'plenty to try and it'll take a while to try them all. Get in there and start trying.
