Staff is great, atmosphere is laid back - it's like eating with family, very cozy and inviting. Every flat surface IS NOT covered in TVs, so you visit with the people at your table. The booths are large - you're not cramped. Everything is always cooked very nicely, the variety is good, the portions are fair, and the price is reasonable for what you get. Staff, food, decor, and the owner were excellent. Staff all work together to provide a very pleasant experience. The Seafood is delicious and well worth the travel time to get there. We will be going back and taking friends with us to share in the experience.
They need to do something to lighten up Hush Puppy a little it's a little too dense all in all it was

This gem of a restaurant is located in Jasper, GA. I dined here with some friends and really didn’t know what to expect….a seafood restaurant in Jasper!! Boy, was I wrong! This place is fantastic: from the warm , welcoming hospitality and attentiveness of the staff ( and the manager/owner who worked the floor effortlessly), to the incredible and amazing food (we had the crab dip, large peel and eat shrimp, onion rings) , and she crab soup. I ordered the combo platter with blackened shrimp and flounder. OMG!!! Everything was beyond perfect! I was so stuffed and went over the edge and ordered the carrot cake. Talk about a generous slice…it was massive, almost as big as the plate that it was served on!I’ve dined at a ton of places throughout the world and this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! Bravo, Last Catch! You are definitely a repeat visit when I’m in the area! Thank you for a fantastic experience!

If you’re looking for the best fresh seafood place there is, you won’t find it here. However, if you’re looking for a decent meal that reasonably priced along with great staff and service, “The Last Catch” has everything to offer. My first visit there today, I was impressed and they did not disappoint. 5/5, I will be back soon.
