The store manager is just genuinely an unpleasant person. She gets very confrontational for no apparent reason and gets worse when you express that the attitude she provides is unnecessary

My restaurant experience was excellent. customer service was given with care, very engaging☺️. the food was very well prepared and the best sub I have had in 10 years. I had the Italian sub and would highly recommend this particular one. I will be going up the list to partake in other entries. The environment felt really good. It does matter how the atmosphere feels when you're eating your food or when you're placing an order. There was no confusion. Just Pleasant!

2 hours to get a delivery is unacceptable. If Lindsay is still there, she needs to do something about this. A phone call, saying you didn't have drivers would have been nice.

Marco's delivers a quality product However like most service institutions could use some improvement. The amount of individual topings is very generous and good quality. Often the toppings are not under the oven heat long enough to maintain their warmth for a simple10 minute drive home. Their in lies the only thing that I feel could use a significant change. It would be nice to get home with a product that is not just luke warm.

My wife and I have pizza from this Marco's location once a week, and every single time the order is accurate, the food is delicious, and the service is very competent and accommodating. It's usually younger employees working when I come pick up the order, and it's obvious that they enjoy their job. Great work!

We order from Marco’s at least 1 time a week . Never disappoints and always hits the spot. Since my husband and I are vegetarians, they really pay attention to every detail to ensure we don’t get cross contaminated . We appreciate that. We try to always tip in cash so that if they needed gas immediately they had money. We thank every one of the staff members at Marcos for always being polite , attentive , and precise when it comes to making our food . Thanks Marcos in Jasper, Georgia!
I have enjoyed every Marco's I've ever had. This one is no different. The only draw back is the dining area. It seems dated and not as welcoming as others if been to. I'll definitely do takeout or delivery again.

I bought a Pizzoli at Marco's Pizza in Jasper GA on 6/13/2024 and need to let people know to steer clear. The one I chose was the chicken, bacon ranch. Imagine that they took the last 6 pizzas from the oven and poured the excess grease on the Pizzoli. It was swimming in grease, one bite and it hit the trash.
