Me and my wife did a door dash order here and when the driver went to pick up our order they were told they didn’t have our order even tho door dash will confirm your order with the restaurant before officially placing it and the driver was told we’re just sol and refused to help at any capacity

11-07-2024 After 10:15 PM Now in the past, I had stopped coming here because they have a problem when you ask for fresh food. It should be fresh anyway but....I came through the drive thru, made my order, asked for it to be made fresh, had to wait to get it, and it still was cold. My receipt said made to order but it was clearly ignored. The cashier at the window is rude and had an attitude like she didn't want to be at work.
The young girl (Jennifer) who brought me my food was nice though. Please give her time off and a raise!
Save yourself some time and money by going to Culver's. They are always friendly and serve hot food!!!!

just came in there for a burrito they forgot, which is fine i don’t care it’s a simple mistake, but the manager robin always gives customers a disrespectful attitude, and the replacement burrito they gave me was completely demolished before i even opened it, horrible customer service and it’s mostly the higher up positions that suck at customer service, something needs to be changed, this place sucks

Is it me or has McDonald's gone further downhill?
It is definitely not me. I decided to not go to McDonalds for the past year and guess what? Their food is still atrocious! I went there this morning for breakfast, the hash browns were soggy and cold, the biscuit was under cooked, the sausage tasted like last years. Service was adequate, but thats about it. I suggest saving your money and cooking at home. McDonalds is using the cheapest ingredients it can. Disgusted, and will never eat at this horrible place again. My dog turned her nose at the food, didn't eat it, which tells you how horrible their food is.

I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and a large mocha Frappe. She handed me a wet messy Frappe without a straw and dissapeared. I had to wave down someone else and get napkins and a straw.
