No one wanted to take our order, so they wanted us to use screens. I don't think you should have to order from screens if you don't want to.

Update 5/9/25. My birthday boy requested McDonalds for lunch today and the entire experience was great. Everyone on duty at lunchtime today was nice and the food was correct. I’ll add a couple of stars for that.
Ordered 2 cheeseburger happy meals with only ketchup. Drove 20 minutes home to find out there were no cheeseburgers in the box. Drove back 20 minutes to get the 2 cheeseburgers out only ketchup and drove home to find out they had everything on them. The guy at the window literally said 2 cheeseburgers only ketchup. Just go out of business.

Bring back the Adult Minecraft meals and quit making all the McDonalds look like they are going thru a mid-life crises. There is absolutely nothing inviting about the way McDonald’s looks now. Rethink this!!

very nice helpful cashier taking orders but lack of communication between workers and poor management coupled with microwaved tasteless food equal a place to avoid.

There usually isn’t much good to be said for our local Jasper McDonalds, however tonight we went through the drive thru and a guy named Sergio was working. He deserves a 10 star review. The place was PACKED. When we went to pay the lady working the 1st window was not in the best mood. When we made it to the second window Sergio was there smiling & super friendly. We were watching him bag food, make drinks and still handle the window in a pleasant mood. We asked for extra sauce and he gave it to us was completely nice about it. Jasper McDonald’s needs atleast 5 Sergio’s!
I waited in the drive thru area for 30 minutes after I had ordered. The staff said it would only be a minute or two wait. When I went inside to get a refund, they had forgotten me and then it took 10 more minutes to get a refund. No apologies, the manager could not even look at me. Very disappointed.
