I donât understand why the last few visits it has been just terrible all around. This was the last fast food place worth a stop in Jasper now itâs awful. Waited over 10 minutes for the drive thru then they had us pull up to a spot & sit for another 30 âŠ. This isnât the first time. We unfortunately will not be back again. Once .. I get it but multiple times is enough. Get it together.

99% is no complaints only a few times did I not get a timely service and it seemed the staff at the time could care less I understand they were busy but one girl just ignored me and two other ppl asking about the time left to wait bc she was clearly annoyed and didn't want to deal with it and thought it's ok to brush everyone off. Other than that it's almost always amazing food amazing service amazing employees awesome timing and you couldn't ask for more other than maybe a playground to be added lol

Do NOT go to this place. The shift manager on duty was rude as I donât know what. We were traveling to North Carolina and decided to stop here. Not a good idea at all. I ordered chicken strips and they werenât done all the way and I went back to just ask her could I get something else instead, no attitude or anything. She snatched the food out my hand and rolled her eyes and went to the back checking the bins where the food is as if I was lying and she was mumbling something. She then bagged some nuggets and was walking to the counter with an attitude and I said I paid my money, what are you mad about and this lady fixed her mouth to say, itâs not you itâs YALL, mind you Iâm BLACK and sheâs Caucasian. She is so lucky my dad was there with me because I wanted to go off on her. I snatched my food and told her to shut up. I did complain but of course nothing will happen, I donât think these restaurants truly care about âcustomer serviceâ anymore. Had I known her name, sheâd be posted everywhere because sheâs definitely racist. She had the worst attitude and the nuggets she gave me werenât done either, I just threw them away because had I gone back, she would have seen a different side of me. I donât usually complain but being racially profiled, yeah thatâs a bit different.
The Jasper, GA McDonald's is by far the best McDonald's I've ever been to. No matter how slammed they are, and boy are they busy, the staff are friendly and helpful. It is a real tribute to the working people of this beautiful north Georgia city!
