Trying to get a DoorDash and the employees do not look at you to help and when asked for help the girl threw up her hands and huffed like I was a bother. This location needs some serious customer service training . Asked to talk with manager and she just looked at me and ignored me too.

Only giving one star because it’s impossible to leave 0. I never go to McDonald’s anymore because every time they forget something, not every now and then every single time I go there they do not give me what I pay for. I ordered there tonight using door dash because the flu is going around my house and I didn’t want to expose extra people to it nor did I feel like getting out. My food arrives and not surprisingly they not only forgot a portion of my food but all of my sauces. So I go up there myself to get the correct amount of food and pay for it again mind you. I asked for sauce with my nuggets then to be sure because u know it’s super hard to remember to put the sauce in the bag this lady who hasn’t even spoken a word to me basically throws one single thing of sauce at me and shuts the window in my face. 0/10 would not recommend. I will not waste another cent at this restaurant.

I bought a McCrib Meal and brought it home. When I opened the box, I couldn’t believe my eyes—they had used a chicken sandwich bun, sliced the McCrib meat in half, and served it with pride. I wonder why the manager would allow such a thing to happen. Could this be an attempt to ruin the business?

This was a very disappointing experience at the McDonald’s in Jasper GA. The restaurant was not busy at all, busy drive through, hamburgers were decent, but the pickles very old, and I had to take them off because of the taste. The restaurant was very dirty, food and wrappers on the floor, food parts also left on benches and tables. The bathroom was also dirty. My score 3.1.

Had to pick up our order placed on mobil app. Let's just say it was not a very good experience at all. For starters, the cashier and drink maker couldn't comprehend. No ice on two drinks. The same drinks at that as well as he was disgruntled mad and hated his life and you could tell. People running the food line. We're pretty fast however with fast meant sloppy sloppy sloppy. Condiments coming out the side of the sandwich. Lettuce half on half in the wrapper. We asked for onion as well as tomato half on half off. Basically a big mess. It took 15 minutes to make sense for an order that was mobile app 15 minutes prior!!!! Make this make sense, it's fast food do better.

gave me nasty cold fries, put said fries back in oil, slammed window in my face. i work in fast food, i get it, do it right the first time tho? especially when a problem is presented. went all the way around the world just to put fresh fries in the fryer anyways.

This location has messed up orders before but the other day was the worst. Given wrong order in drive thru, then waited inside to be given incomplete order then got home and realized they didn’t give me the correct kind of burger. Went back to explain, no apology just that they would share my experience with “other” managers. I will never eat here again
