I usually use the mobile app to place/pay for my orders (great rewards!). There's usually a line for breakfast but it moves rather quickly. I don't think my order has ever been wrong. Great place for a quick breakfast.
I am all about customer service. Today I received GREAT customer service from a young man that took my order. He was polite and was went above what was expected of him. It was really refreshing. I just thought he needed a shout out! Great job!

It is definitely not me. I decided to not go to McDonalds for the past year and guess what? Their food is still atrocious! I went there this morning for breakfast, the hash browns were soggy and cold, the biscuit was under cooked, the sausage tasted like last years. Service was adequate, but thats about it. I suggest saving your money and cooking at home. McDonalds is using the cheapest ingredients it can....
