Great people great management amazing food

Solid experience overall with no real complaints...but the pizza and garlic parmesan knots were overdone for our liking and tougher to chew than we'd have liked. Not burned, exactly, just not golden brown like we wanted either.

These pizza bowls are great for low carb , however lately they dont even put enough cheese to cover the tray , and I order extra cheese AND extra 3 cheese blend so kind of disappointing, also I don’t understand why I have a table in front of my door and they still put it on the ground , doesn’t make sense

Greg was absolutely amazing. He was able to help me with my order and his personality is a testament to his skills as a cook five star review all around, simply due to the fact that Greg not only knows what he’s doing…cares about it what he does!!

Ever who worked on November 12th 2024 @ AROUND 3PM at this jasper store did a very poor job on a large pizza ,we ordered a large pizza with a order of cheese bread ,well the pizza we ask for NO ANCHOVIES/ NO JALAPEÑOS, EXTRA ONIONS, EXTRA BELL PEPPERS,MUSHROOMS, AND BLACK OLIVES,,THEY WERE NO EXTRA ANYTHING ,BUT THEY WERE ANCHOVIES AND JALAPEÑOS THE ENTIRE PIZZA TASTED LIKE RAW FISH ,SO WE PLACED THE PIZZA IN THE REFRIGERATOR, TRIED TO EAT THE CHEESE BREAD ,AND IT TASTED LIKE THE PERSON HAD POURED ANCHOVIE JUICE ALL OVER IT ,SO NEEDELESS TO SAY I WAS UP HALF THE NIGHT VOMITING 🤢 NEVER EVER WILL WE GET ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN I ACTUALLY SHOULDN'T EVEN GIVE 1 STAR, VERY DISAPPOINTED 🤢😡

Definitely don't get the pizza for delivery. When I opened the box my pizza was so badly thrown around that I couldn't even eat it. It looked like it had been dropped and given to me anyways.

This is the second time in as many months that we have received below par pizza. Last month I called because we did not receive what we ordered. I ordered no sauce and got sauce, and most of the pizza was covered in puffed up cheese that took up more than half of each slice.
This pizza was supposed to have twice the Italian sausage, twice the pepperoni, extra cheese on half of the pizza and pineapple on half. There was 6 pieces of pineapple, 10 pieces of pepperoni and even though the Italian sausage was supposed to be twice it was less than the normal amount. The cheese was puffed up again so the slices were lacking toppings.
We will find another Papa John’s (because we think they are the best pizzas) but we won’t order from this store again.

Place is a joke and has had my
Wife on hold for 30 mins when my pizza was suppose to be delivered 45 mins ago and my kids have been waiting. This is a joke.

It's been a while since I ate at Papa John's but whenever I'm working in Jasper and like pizza that's where I go to

Papa Johns is not my most favorite pizza, but when there's no better option around, I wouldn't mind a slice or two from there. This was an unplanned drop-in at this location in Jasper and I was greeted by this wonderful and courteous gentleman. Clearly, sometimes the quality of service and people trump the quality of food. By the way, no complaints about the food here. The pizza was delicious!

5 stars soley for the man working by himself tonight. Didn't catch his name yet but it's gotta be a pain trying to deliver pizzas with no in-house driver and no doordashers in the area. Ended up having to pick it up, But he refunded it just for the hassle.
