We ordered delivery & had a door dasher pick our order up cause we was staying at the Microtel Hotel…… The driver basically stole our food but offered to bring it to me if I would give him gas money so I called the store & spoke with Seth about what was going on & he remade our food & personally delivered it to us! He was AWESOME!!!! He just don’t know how appreciative we were that he came to our rescue from the almost Feral 5 yr old that thought she wasn’t getting her PIZZA……. Customer Service is SUPERB!!!!!!

My husband and i dined in we ordered a pizza and bread sticks the breadsticks were good but the pizza was super doughy and cold like they did not cook it long enough we saw our waiter maybe 3 times in our whole visit i was very disappointed

This isn't the Pizza Hut of my youth. Atmosphere is dated and personal pan pizza has the bare minimum toppings. Better pizza can be obtained at many other pizza joints and salad bar is overpriced considering the minimal options. The bright spot was the excellent service.

Husband and I both had diarrhea less than a half an hour after we left, food tasted pretty good Waitress came by to gave us a drinks but we didn't see her after that for a good while She was very friendly but we just didn't see her much Atmosphere was nice Pizza Hut comforting

The Pizza Hut in our town tifton Georgia shut down! All we have is a delivery/carry out location. Service is horrible and food never seems fresh!!! So when we saw this location on our way home from vacation we had to stop in. The dining room was very nice and clean! Our server Johnathan was very attentive. Everything on the salad bar was fresh! Went to pay ticket behind the counter area was super super clean! Thank you for making our experience 💯!!!

5 stars! We get pizza here regularly on Friday nights. The drive thru is a hit, but the lady that has been working the drive thru on Friday evenings, for a very long time, is the best! Very attentive, quick and efficient. Super friendly, order is always correct and HOT!

The food was great as always.. pizza Hut has always been my favorite. The guy who waited on us was great. On top of refills... asked a couple times but not too many, how things were and if he could get us anything else. The only reason they got a 4 star is because of the other staff members. They were laying down in booths and gathered in tables just sitting around doing nothing. My thing is, if you're on the clock, there is always something to be done. If you're not on the clock then go lay down on your couch at home. I don't care to come in to eat dinner and see you laying in a booth being lazy. It wasn't even close to closing time.

When I heard there was a Pizza Hut Classic in Jasper, GA I was extremely excited to pay a visit.
However, to my disappointment there was nothing “classic” about it. Just a regular run down storefront.
When you walk in there isn’t a hostess - actually the person at the drive thru window yelled at us to “have a seat anywhere” …. And when our waitress finally came - she had ear pods on and only looked down, never really gave eye contact and she lacked general customer service.
I was hoping for the nostalgic feeling of being at a Pizza Hut as when I was. Kid.
The glass hanging light fixtures, the PAC-man game and even a jukebox. But NONE of it was there - not sure why this is considered a Classic Hut - needless to say I was super disappointed with my visit.
May I add that they don’t really have any specials or combo meal deals like advertised for Take Out or Pick up orders - we spend nearly $50 for 2 lrg pizzas - which is OUTRAGEOUS if you ask me.
Won’t be back. Pizza Hut management - PLEASE DO BETTER!
