There was an older gentleman walking through the frontline area to the back kitchen screaming irately about tea and ice where everyone including customers could hear him. I’ve never been in or witnessed such hostility in a restaurant before today. If he was the boss I’d be finding another one.
Not worth $19.20. We ordered two cheeseburgers combos. We didn’t like the thin meet patties. The crinkle fries were good and the sweet tea is ok. It’s our first time here and decided to eat here due to all the hype and it’s always busy. We don’t understand. What are we missing?
These are clearly frozen burger patties from Sam’s club. Not being sarcastic, I’ve had them enough to know. Burger was sloppy and those patties ruined it for me, but onion rings weren’t bad. Service was good though. This place could be so much better if they just used fresh quality beef patties. Disappointing.
