Every time I go they mess up my order, whether it's putting whipped cream on the wrong drink or just not making the drinks right. Their flavors are horrible and I swear the worst baristas work here. Drinks have little flavor and are extremely bitter, PSL tasted like a normal latte. If you want Starbucks, find one farther away.

I'm visiting from Chattanooga, TN and have been to many different Starbucks. My experience here with James as my server was beyond exceptional! It was the best experience I have ever had anywhere! I can't rate the food because I only bought a drink, but based on what I saw, it has to be good, too. You need more people like James in Chattanooga!

My husband and I came out to visit a nearby farm and wanted to stop for coffee on the way there. He walked up to the counter and was ignored for several minutes by three employees that were present until he finally left. He is a person of color and that was highly uncalled for.
