I am an employee of Walmart and I would rather a dog make my sandwich than the nasty attitude of the blonde employee you have In this building on Saturday 10-15 at 2:50 pm. Absolutely the nastiest Attitude of any employee that’s been in that area since I have been in my building. If that is the best customer service you have to offer I have zero Interest in Doing business with your establishment again.

Order 5 sandwiches through the online app. My wife was wanting honey mustard on her sandwich, but instead when we got home it had globs of regular mustard on it. They didn't even put all the ingredients on the sandwich I ordered. The service here seems to be getting worse.

2 footlong ham &cheese, $20. Get home and breads so stale we had to put it on sandwich bread. Also very little ham. Waste of $20 and trip.

I went in to get in a sandwich and got the worst customer service ever lol. I went to get my drink basically no options not even tea but also no lids for the only size cup option they had. So I went to ask and was told “isn’t their some under the cabinet” like I was supposed to know to get them from under the cabinet! So I responded isn’t that your job to get them from under the cabinet and nothing but attitude from the girl. And told “then don’t come back” trust me I won’t! She wasn’t even helping do anything as customers stood their waiting for the guy to came back and help them! Not to mention everything was just on top on the sandwich so when I opened it all the sauce I got was off and on the paper! Never again!

Just went in and they refused to replace some toppings that came with the club. I have never went into a subway that didn’t let you do that. Her oven wasn’t working so she couldn’t toast and she didn’t have stuff in stock, why would she sit there and refuse to replace my toppings? That’s bad service and that’s saying a lot for me and my fiancé because we have both worked in the food industry. She should have done whatever to satisfy the customer because I have never ever had a subway refuse to do that for me. I’m not gonna eat things on a subway sandwich that I don’t like and I shouldn’t have.

Purchased a large unsweet tea only to get to the drink station and be told they don't stock splenda/stevia at that location. They do not stock any condiments or sugar substitutes for that matter. I settled for diet soda but paid $3.20 for it when I could have gone across the street and got a large fountain for $1. Seems trivial I know, but it was my experience.

The worker that was working was extremely rude to a customer waiting patiently in line, and snapped at him multiple times, while also snapping at another of the workers who has always been really sweet. I turned around and left before I even got my sandwich.

First of all I would like to say that the store is very nasty and the employees are very rude. I ordered four sandwiches and it was almost double the amount that it was just a couple weeks or so ago. Then when I left after paying for four sandwiches got home and one of my sandwiches was not in the bag. So I called back and told them that my sandwich was not in the bag The guy said yes ma’am the sandwich is right here it will be here waiting on you I said no sorry I won’t I will get a fresh one when I when I get there. Well when I got there I did not get a sandwich fresh when I got there he already had it made supposedly I’m pretty sure it was the one that he made earlier for me. And it was a disaster it was supposed to be in the steak melt well it was not no steak melt. It was steak but it wasn’t no no melt it was a hot mess was it hot it was cold. And they also overcharged me for the amount they will charge you for the sandwich itself then a dollar and then $.60 for more cheese that they’re putting on it that you don’t even ask for. Then for a 6 inch BLT they charge you five dollars for the sandwich and then $1.5 for bacon. So I am not a happy customer.
