Friendly employees and quick service. However…the entire place needs a SERIOUS deep clean and a facelift. Don’t know what the back looks like but the dining area is filthy and in great disrepair. I don’t feel safe eating here ergo I won’t go back until it’s cleaned.
Drive through less than efficient and we had some difficulty ordering exactly what we thought we wanted. $9.00 value box was far from a value. Would have been much better had we order specific items
This place has gone down hill so bad. The customer service is horrible. No one ever smiles and they are always so rude. This store need a actual manager and some real guidance.

Waited like 45 minutes in a near-empty restaurant bc somehow my order didnt go through the digital thing at the doors. I understand mistakes mid rush, but it was legit so quiet in here and Id just gotten off work. Just wanted to eat in, then go home. Kinda annoyed. But hey shit happens, maybe it was the technology. Even though they were able to print the exact reciept of my order and ask if that was it…
Also, a door dasher in front of me was mad bc yall said it was ready when it wasnt, so she also had to wait, meaning her customer had to wait as well, under the impression that it was on the way.
Listening to you guys work was painful too. Clearly zero communication and lack of urgency or keeping up with orders/names. Probably just gonna go to Zaxby’s after work from now on, Im too tired to be this patient after every shift lol

After coming back from a long hard day, I was starving ready to eat something so I had ordered from the Taco Bell app as I had arrived Taco Bell to pick it up they didn’t seem to be any issues. as I’d open the bag, I was horrified what I saw Half of our food was missing that was over 60$
The only thing we had was four cheesy wraps and three burritos and a Mexican pizza all the burritos just had beans and meat The burritos tasted like if you were to bite into a coin and the Mexican pizza tasted like chemicals then trying to give the food to my dogs, my dogs eat anything by the way they eat apples and not just treats. They love meat. I gave them the burrito and my dog would not even eat it. The food tasted like a dirty syringe and I’m sure that they had poisoned or use out-of-date food We’ve got DoorDash from here and the app and I’m telling you to never go to this location no matter what eat home

Drive through slow. They take one order at a time. They need to start their service timer at the menu board. Greeting lacks readiness to welcome guests to place orders. No total given to have money ready.

Got my online order completely wrong-missing items. Then put in chicken when ordered beef. Couldn’t have checked that unless I opened the wrapper and chalupa. Won’t bother again for this location

We are in always just after the lunch rush. Food is good, hot and fresh. We get crunchy tacos, chaluopa and burritos normally. Service is really fast and polite. Something stinks awful around the soda machine though.
