Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Out of all the Zaxby's I have been to this one is the worst. I got a house zalad and asked for extra cucumber. I didn't get the extra but I got huge chuck of cucumber and quartered tomatoes, not diced. And the salad itself was about half the size for any other location. Don't waste you money here go to a different one!!!

Wow Zaxbys, you might as well shut down your Jasper location. First customers in the door at 10:30am and every table so nasty you dont want to even set down all the employees standing around in a group on their phones and the one person taking our order when asked if I can make my fries the loaded fries Im told no thats not an option then we go to the drink station and nothing works at all and sorry to bother the staff to fix the problem and get us drinks from the back not to mention the food was cold and nasty which not even sure how thats possible because you just opened and no one else even in the store. And this is probably the 5th bad experience we have had and there wont be another for sure . We should have known better.

Save your money and time and never come here. To start, every counter and table was covered in some sort of dirty food and sticky residue almost like they use the same old dishtowel to wipe down every surface. The biggest issue was the unbelievably rude staff, cold food and the 4 tenders and abysmal cold fries I got for 13 dollars. Honestly it was such a bad experience I'll never go to another Zaxby's for the rest of my life. It was so awful I immediately asked for a refund and the manager rudely refused. Friday October 31st around 1pm. Seriously you will regret coming here, youve been warned.

I had ordered a boneless wings meal with teriyaki and when I got home they weren’t even sauced? I called them and they argued with me and stated they did because they had a manager on the line. I said I understood that but my wings were not tossed and the woman I talked to put me on a board to fix the problem but was extremely rude. I never got a receipt or the name of the woman I talked to. Never going here again. I understand the inevitable happens but arguing with me when I was being polite is out of hand.

First was Popeyes guarantee you mark my word this place will be next literally bought two salads two big Zac snacks and four extra chicken tenders. I asked for four extra sauce and six extra ranch dressing I get home. There is one ranch dressing packet in the bag and zero Zac sauce When I was charged almost $10 extra and didn’t get either one The problem is the only people that wanna work in fast food or the people that are too lazy to do real jobs And that’s kind of crazy because we’re putting the worst workers in charge of stuff we put in our body, but I will leave this review. Nothing will be done about it because the Zaxby’s corporation makes enough money that it really doesn’t matter if they have a couple mad customers if you really wanna do something about it I’m talking about the Jasper George location on Bill Wigington Boulevard. Time was 3pm

I have to say for $12 for a salad I expected my lettuce to at least be fresh. I had a bunch of lettuce that was wilted and soft which is absolutely disgusting. I drove through the drive-thru so the atmosphere is a drive-thru the service they do their part at the window. So I definitely did not get what I paid for. Next time I'll just go to Publix and make my own salad.
