I usually skip Zack’s for lunch because of the long wait. Today I was in and out of drive thru in Less than 5 minutes.
Cody was at the window super nice guy, wiped coke off my cup without me asking.

Waited 10 mins to order in front. Seems understaffed and the employees are not freindly. No one seems happy there. Needs new management maybe? Better delegation

Never once, not one single time has this place put our order together correctly. As many times as I’ve paid for extra sauce and never received it in the drive-thru would collectively add up to $50-60. This location is also nasty, the floors need to be professionally cleaned because they’re so slick. The tables… you’ll have to clean your own if you want to dine-in. The owner should be ashamed…

My husband and I have gone to this zaxbys on a few different occasions. Every time they mess up something on our order or leave something out completely. It also took 40 minutes for our two meals to be made. Needless to say, we won’t be going back anymore.

I couldn’t wait to get a milkshake when I heard they were brining them back. My favorite used to be the Birthday Cake because it tasted just like cake batter. Then I got one today and I was so disappointed it don’t even taste like cake batter it barely tasted like a vanilla shake. I could have went to McDonald’s and payed less and got one that tasted better. Why can’t they just stick to the old recipes that’s what made people love them. 😭

Ordered online. PAID. Came in and the manager went back into the office and came back out and said she found our order and they were making it. Then came BACK and said we didn’t pay even though we showed her the charge. She said we would have to pay again and when we asked about a refund for the other order we paid for and she said “I don’t know”. So we paid for 2 meals and left with no food. :)

Ive tried to give this location multiple chances and have been let down every time.

This is the worst Zaxbys, no surprise every review on Google is 1 star. Half my salad had old, wilted, stinky lettuce. Waste of money...

I placed a mobile order and after I got home I realized that I was missing a club sandwich and the loaded fries as well as ALL the sauces. I like Zaxby's. Just not this one.

Stopped coming for awhile because the line is always awful. I don't eat zaxbys myself but my family does. I don't understand why it takes 45 mins to order and get threw a drive thru. Don't you have the sensors that are suppose to monitor your response time in drive thrus? Chicken and fries. 5-7 mins start to finish...? Where does make people sit in a drive thru for 45 mins say any of that?

The service was extremely slow. With only a couple people in the drive thru or in the lobby it took us 30 minutes to get our food. It also smells like a pet store when you walk in so I’m assuming it’s not very hygienic. Don’t recommend!

At this point I can only believe that Zaxby's is deliberately not giving you the sauce you pay for so they can make more money. Doesn't matter if it's supposed to come with the item, you add on extras, they still don't give it to you.
