Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

First was Popeyes guarantee you mark my word this place will be next literally bought two salads two big Zac snacks and four extra chicken tenders. I asked for four extra sauce and six extra ranch dressing I get home. There is one ranch dressing packet in the bag and zero Zac sauce When I was charged almost $10 extra and didn’t get either one The problem is the only people that wanna work in fast food or the people that are too lazy to do real jobs And that’s kind of crazy because we’re putting the worst workers in charge of stuff we put in our body, but I will leave this review. Nothing will be done about it because the Zaxby’s corporation makes enough money that it really doesn’t matter if they have a couple mad customers if you really wanna do something about it I’m talking about the Jasper George location on Bill Wigington Boulevard. Time was 3pm

I have to say for $12 for a salad I expected my lettuce to at least be fresh. I had a bunch of lettuce that was wilted and soft which is absolutely disgusting. I drove through the drive-thru so the atmosphere is a drive-thru the service they do their part at the window. So I definitely did not get what I paid for. Next time I'll just go to Publix and make my own salad.

Horrible! The last three orders have been completely wrong right down to the sauce. It takes them forever in the drive thru and most of them have a bad attitude. Sad that the workers don't have enough common sense to put the right food In a box. Guess what some of us work ten times harder and have to think harder for our jobs. Be nice if you could at least get our dinner right considering your obviously not the workers who have enough intelligence to do anything else career wise. Sorry if you thought that was rude but it is the truth.

Horrible food! Wilted brown lettace, they gave me an empty pack of dressing. Egg rolls tasted weird.
It was freezing in there May 3, I asked if she could turn the fans off, she said she did not know how.

I usually skip Zack’s for lunch because of the long wait. Today I was in and out of drive thru in Less than 5 minutes.
Cody was at the window super nice guy, wiped coke off my cup without me asking.

Waited 10 mins to order in front. Seems understaffed and the employees are not freindly. No one seems happy there. Needs new management maybe? Better delegation

Never once, not one single time has this place put our order together correctly. As many times as I’ve paid for extra sauce and never received it in the drive-thru would collectively add up to $50-60. This location is also nasty, the floors need to be professionally cleaned because they’re so slick. The tables… you’ll have to clean your own if you want to dine-in. The owner should be ashamed…

My husband and I have gone to this zaxbys on a few different occasions. Every time they mess up something on our order or leave something out completely. It also took 40 minutes for our two meals to be made. Needless to say, we won’t be going back anymore.

I couldn’t wait to get a milkshake when I heard they were brining them back. My favorite used to be the Birthday Cake because it tasted just like cake batter. Then I got one today and I was so disappointed it don’t even taste like cake batter it barely tasted like a vanilla shake. I could have went to McDonald’s and payed less and got one that tasted better. Why can’t they just stick to the old recipes that’s what made people love them. 😭

Ordered online. PAID. Came in and the manager went back into the office and came back out and said she found our order and they were making it. Then came BACK and said we didn’t pay even though we showed her the charge. She said we would have to pay again and when we asked about a refund for the other order we paid for and she said “I don’t know”. So we paid for 2 meals and left with no food. :)

Ive tried to give this location multiple chances and have been let down every time.
