I have to say for $12 for a salad I expected my lettuce to at least be fresh. I had a bunch of lettuce that was wilted and soft which is absolutely disgusting. I drove through the drive-thru so the atmosphere is a drive-thru the service they do their part at the window. So I definitely did not get what I paid for. Next time I'll just go to Publix and make my own salad.

I usually skip Zack’s for lunch because of the long wait. Today I was in and out of drive thru in Less than 5 minutes.
Cody was at the window super nice guy, wiped coke off my cup without me asking.

Ordered the Zenzational zalad and it was pitiful in appearance. 75% of the lettuce was yellow. The Asian slaw was barley found to be included. This location can drop tenders and fries in a fryer but when it comes to specialty or limited time items, just can't seem to get it right. This is a favorite that i look forward to returning to the menu, but this was such a disappointment.
