Do NOT go here. Consistently gets orders wrong, over priced, portions are too small, and the place is always dirty. And by “wrong” I mean that they get over half the ingredients wrong. Most recently I ordered a burrito bowl on the app. I picked it up and got home only to find out that they’d forgotten the entire bowl and had only given me a bag of chips lol. I went back and asked for a refund which never showed. I had to call the location three times to get a refunded the $15 they charged me for a bag of chips and to this day I still haven’t heard back from them.

This could be from training or management or whoever, but when a customer pays for the item, you should receive more than a scoop of half a scoop of what you asked for, And if someone asked for extra, that means that they can pay for extra. We as consumers pay a lot of money and get very little. need to do better with portion sizes

Placed my order online as basic as can be and my nachos and my daughters were totally wrong. It's basically like whoever made the order just decided to wing it. I really don't understand how hard it is to follow directions. This is the third order in a row that has been wrong or poorly made.

Anytime that I've gone here the service has been amazing, and the food was even better. The staff is always super nice even when they're packed. This is honestly one of my favorite places to go for lunch when work has me feeling down, and that's because anytime I go I always feel better.

I've been to this location a few times. The service has been pretty good, but the food portions and quality have declined with each visit. Paying $15 and getting a tiny portion of low quality good that just tastes okay isn't ideal. I probably won't return until something major changes.

Our order was messed up from beginning to end. Ingredients were confused from one order to another. Quantity size for queso was wrong. Paid for a large queso, but received two mediums and advised they were the same instead of just us the one large that was ordered . For the one large queso and medium guacamole I ordered, I got a bag with about 20 chips in it. They also forgot to give us the medium guac we ordered and we had to ask for it. Some of the staff making the order had attitudes and seemed annoyed when asked to correct the wrong ingredients. We will not go to this Barberitos again. Nothing like the service we are used to in Athens.

I used to eat at Barberitos about once a month. I Went today 7/9/24 4:45pm. Service was good & friendly as always but the new App to order in advance still didn’t work. I ordered at the counter a large steak quesadilla, medium dip & chips to go. As I was eating, there was a long hair in my steak! I thought maybe it was mine but then I found another one!! Totally grossed out!! Needless to say I lost my appetite. I spent $24.95 for food I could no longer eat. Highly disappointed!! Come on guys get your hair nets on while cooking & serving food!

I just left this restaurant I only got a handful with like a pinch of lettuce maybe 10 beans not even enough food for $15. This is ridiculous what they’re doing you spend $15 only to go to another restaurant to get more food. This is saying Barbarito.

I've only visited a handful of times over the last few years. But every time I do, it's awesome! BIG portions, great atmosphere, staff and customers. This is my go-to burrito spot in Jefferson, GA.
