After a recent funeral, we stopped by because we had been there a few years ago and it was really good. Upon entering, there was a weird smell (like soured bleach rags), and the floors were sticky. The food was average at best. The service was okay, but not the best. Going to the restaurant again would be a pass for me.
I just got back to my office after placing a Togo order only to find that it’s wrong and when I called to let them know, I placed on hold and then a recording said no one is available and hung up. This is the 3rd time this has happened!

Sad what it has become. Forner owner kept location clean and just a different atmosphere. Thursday, November 7, 2024 @ 2015. Dining room floor sticky, men's bathroom disgusting smell of urine,urine on floor , tables not clean and not picked up, took 7 mins for someone to acknowledge us. Server friendly, attentive, and food good . Just seemed unkept restaurant. Steve Perry spoiled us, he was hands on. Table of 6 noticed the big difference . I do wish the restaurant much success and luck .

I've frequent this location and it's never disappointed. I live within 5 miles of the Athens location but gladly make the drive to Jefferson for the service, food and atmosphere! The manager Mary takes care of her customers and truly makes you feel welcomed!

After being there for over an hour a waitress comes to take our drink order which took another 45 minutes to get.... Noone at our table got a straw and had to go looking for our own silverware.... Then we waited another 50 minutes after we cleared our own table for our checks. I will never eat at another beef Obrady's again. The food was meh, wings are about 1.50 each, the wraps are mostly lettuce, DO NOT ORDER THE $15.00 NACHOS. your only going to get nacho chips with almost no toppings..... And to this very day I'm waiting for my staws. We would have left had we not met a friend who had already arrived and received a drink and couldn't just walk out without paying.

I am still sitting here 40 minutes after arriving and just getting my drink order....which no one bothered to come get until 25 mins after we arrived. Brought mine first and my husband's 10 mins later. Still have not even gotten our food. The manager needs to reach out....we asked to speak to one and was told there wasn't one here. Follow Up: Now here for one hour...no food. We ordered salads. Follow Up: Sat down at 5:19PM and just now leaving at 6:56. 2 salads and 3 drinks took almost 2 hours.

Sat here with 3 young kids for over an hour before we got our food. Drinks were nasty, food was awful. All server could say was your food will be out eventually. Never again.
Keeping it short and simple. Don’t waste your time or money. Not much of any service outside of taking orders, delivering food/drinks or getting you a check. Good luck asking for any sauces or if you’re missing a side. Chicken quesadilla looked good. Bland. It had been sitting in the window long enough for the cheese to become congealed. Anything with flavor was fried, of course. Healthier options just aren’t loved. The drinks are okay, not very strong. Stick with a shot if you want alcohol. Seriously, go somewhere that actually has servers who want to be tipped.
