Amazing experience and the food was delicious. If you have a celiacs disease they will accommodate for you and they will use a separate machine because of cross contamination but it might take a little bit longer than normal. Overall they are amazing and the food is amazing. 10/10 would go there again.

The team there was very accommodating to a gluten allergy. The staff took pride in their work and let people know that it would be a little bit of a wait! Would highly recommended this establishment the staff was very friendly had a great attitude especially the male worker who made the gf sandwich.

I ordered the veggie sandwich. They were out of bell peppers even though their truck was there to unload. They were out of sweet tea as well. This was my second time eating here, and I wanted to try one more time. Both times were extremely chaotic!! In all honesty I think there needs to be an adult there to make sure things run smoothly. Food was delicious!!

The best sub I have had in years! My husband enjoyed his Italian sub and I had the club sub Mike’s way with the addition of pepper relish. The lady behind the counter was so cheerful . ..an outstanding employee! The place was very clean .

When I entered the Jersey Mikes here in Jefferson, I was excepted to be met with good food as well as customer service. I was already frustrated as the parking was difficult, as spots were limited. When I walked in I was not greeted. Not a big deal, but it also took several minutes for workers to even acknowledge me or begin taking my order. Once one of the workers got off their phone to take my order- I began reading out my order, and I noticed he was being quite stingy… I wouldn’t say this if it wasn’t a normal portion and not the extra we may want to ask more for, but this was a ridiculously low portion of toppings. When I asked for more (politely) , I was met with a frustrated attitude and unwillingness towards continuing my order. Usually I don’t mind when workers are quiet or not overly friendly, were all trying our best in the work force- regardless our job. After he finished ringing me up, I asked for an extra cookie as I had seen and decided I would like a sweet treat. He mumbled under his breath and sighed heavily as if it was an extreme hassle to add a cookie to my order. Once I sat down, other customers came in and it also took several minutes for them to be attended to. Not to mention, the workers were always on their phones, even during work. I expected better from my experience here, I love a good Jersey Mikes sub. This experience however was not good at all and I will not be coming back here ever again.

Walked in put my order in and the employee stopped what he was doing to answer the phone to take the phone order meanwhile I was standing there for over 10 min. Then the next customer walks in puts his order in after me with a diff Employee and gets taken care whereby my order still hadn’t been started. Totally disorganized putting a phone call order after a customer has already walked in and makes them wait .
Needs management and operational structure to handle customers. I walked out and went somewhere else to eat vs waiting another 15 min. Shouldn’t take 30 min to make a sub with 3 employees there and no other customers inside . They need better training on a customer service process .

Ordered a few sandwiches through the app for carry out. When I got there 20 minutes later, they hadn’t even started on my order. As I watched them make my sandwiches they decided to completely ignore what was on the ticket and started putting ingredients that I didn’t ask for on, one of which being oregano, which my spouse is allergic to. I told them that they needed to remake the sandwich because of a food allergy and I guess they decided not to change their gloves or clean their work surface, because my spouse still got very sick after eating their sandwich. The blatant disregard for food safety is appalling and needs to be corrected.

Dietary restrictions: They blatantly ignore the ticket when it comes to custom sandwiches, even when told there’s a food allergy

We've ordered several times and all was good. Tonight our cheese steak was terrible. The meat was burned, we didn't get the toppings ordered. We could not eat our $20 order. Won't be ordering any time soon.
