Starbucks in Jefferson is the only one in town, known for their friendly customer service and team that’s currently there. They are always busy but provide fast service, always having orders out promptly. Whenever a mobile order is placed, it's always ready in a flash, and the drinks are consistently perfect. While the cold brew has been good lately, some customers find it watered-down. Regulars wish for a fix, as it's a favorite drink. On BOGO day, a customer had an issue with the discount not being applied. A special needs class had a positive experience, with the students enjoying samples of the Dragon fruit drink and chocolate chip cookie.
