This zaxbys overall is a solid place, food is always good and staff is always friendly. I’m only giving it 3 stars because this location consistently* forgets aspect of my order. To the point where i almost never do drive through anymore because i know i’ll be needing whatever they forgot to give me. Hope this improves in the future!
Excellent people and food. I had a family issue and needed some last-minute fingers. They really came through for my wife and I. I'm also a vendor here, and everyone who works here is nice and pleasant. Thank you again for helping my wife and I during a difficult time. You guys are awesome
Did an online order. Let them know we were there a directed by the app and signage. After 15 minutes no one came. So I went inside. Waited another 15-20 minutes (couldn't get anyone attention so had to get in line like I was going to order to finally ask about my order)
Got the order and the fries were cold. Toast was hard like a rock. Chicken was good. Cheesecake bites were good, even cold.
