The staff were friendly and apologetic but this place is never prepared for anything . It's hit or miss on how long you will wait for food. I sat for 18 min in the drive through because the staff from the night before didn't sit out grilled chicken to thaw....? Why didn't they notice this before 1pm? I couldn't have been the only perspn to order that?
Pulled up at the drive thru at 8:55. Ordered bacon egg and cheese biscuits and was told they closed down the grills at “9:00” and cant make those. They close at 10:00. Decided on some chicken biscuits and had to wait 15 minutes , and they forgot two items. The worker named Bree had no customer service skills at all and was quite rude. Service is horrendous.
