Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a popular restaurant that offers a variety of chicken-based dishes. According to the reviews, the chicken is generally well-cooked and tender, with the Chicken Fingers and Cheesecake Bites receiving positive feedback. However, the service and order fulfillment seem to be inconsistent, with some customers experiencing long wait times and issues with their orders, such as cold fries and hard toast. The restaurant appears to be frequently busy, with a drive-thru line extending out to the street, but the reviews suggest that the staff may not always be able to handle the volume effectively. While the food is often praised, the overall customer experience can be hit or miss, and some customers have expressed reluctance to return.
