We are coming for the brunch since 25 years almost every year. So we were very pleased when we heard that the brunch is on again after they stopped it because of Covid. But what a dissapointment. The dinning room has been painted in very dark colors, the new furniture doesn't really fit the style of the room. But most dissapointing was the food. We had the buffet but it was VERY over priced for the quality of the food at $166 including mandatory tip for 2 people. Atmosphere was beautiful, pianist amazing and staff Very attentive. If I eat there again, I would go to breakfast, not the brunch. Bacon and sausage and scrambled eggs were great. Grits were not included in the buffet which was surprising. Lots if variety and quantity but short on quality. Atmosphere and history of the Inn were top notch! The price stung today...
