We love Willet's. The food is always delicious. The pimento cheese appetizer is our favorite. My husband would not even eat pimento cheese until he ate Willet's. When I start to make reservations for our weekend he will say “I think I need some pimento cheese”. This means we need to go to Willet's. Drew is the best server. He is always a delight to talk to and very knowledgeable about the food. We always request Drew as our server. In our opinion Willet's is the best restaurant on Jekyll Island.

Service slow. Waitress didn't take dirty dishes off of the table before serving us dessert and the dishes were still there while we ate and finished dessert.

Every aspect of our experience was extraordinary! The decor is amazing, not necessarily expected for a hotel restaurant. The service was excellent and every dish was delicious! I'll definitely be spreading the word.

Menu was limited and chef not willing to make any modifications. It's not sure the true identify of this place and it certainly doesn't compare to the previous steakhouse. Staff was also not attentive. Slow with drinks and brought wrong wine and wanted to argue about it. This place does not represent the Westin well. Will be surprised if it lasts through the season. Disappointed is an understatement.

The front desk at the hotel were not familiar with the menu items; that's a missed opportunity to guide guests. The wine list was limited and they were out of stock on the first two items we ordered. The deviled crab was quite delicious but the chicken was overcooked and dry.The service was very good!

Everyone was very friendly especially our server, Carlie. She was very attentive and took good care of us. Dinner was excellent; loved the blackened shrimp and the grits were amazing. Best I've ever had!! My husband had the red fish which he also loved. Really appreciated the spacing between tables and was very quiet. Highly recommend.
