The service is excellent and relatively fast once you can get seated. All the employees were friendly and the food great. Onion ring appetizers and hush puppies were delicious. The half and half special is a half sandwich with either soup or salad. The bangers and mash were a little bland, but so goes British Isles meals. The potatoe soup is really cheesy but delicious as well.
Being on Jekyll there are limited options of eateries outside the ones inside hotels and this little pub was one of the better options and it had reasonable island prices. They have pretty good food with fast and friendly service. It is a good place to watch sports and enjoy a good selection of beers.

Great little Irish pub in the midst of shops and hotels. The service at the bar was excellent and the food was decent. We stopped for lunch and had the half and half. The potato soup was not very hot and lacked flavor. The 1/2 Philly didn’t have a lot of meat. We had dinner there later in the day and the cottage pie was really good. I won’t go out of my way to go back there but if I am on the area I may stop in again.
