The Danish that I bought were not fresh, had no taste, and were limited in choices. Staff acted like they didn't care whether they helped you or not. The food literally tasted old. Also, their beverage selection for zero sugar drinks needs greatly improving from just coke zero. They Seriously need to offer more options and more juice options. The Manager needs to check to ensure food products are not stale.
Its not pleasant to smell cigarettes while waiting for food or coffee... maybe the staff should smoke somewhere else besides right at the door . Front or back...The lattes are never hot. Just really warm.I love a good croissant or donut, but dunkin is never my top pick.

Waited in the drive-through for almost 30 minutes. I would not have, but once I got in line, I got stuck and couldn’t get out. The food was good, but when I got to the window finally the person was not very friendly. Will always be a Dunkin girl, but maybe not at this location. I ordered a grilled cheese, and a medium iced chai tea latte.
