“For fast food Arby's is a good place in Jesup. We have never had to wait on our food and it's always hot. Customer service is always good.

Parking: The parking lot has a ton of spots I don't forsee it ever being slap full to where someone does not have a spot.“

“There was no one in line so it was easy to order. But when we pulled up to the window to pay the cashier opened the window and sat there talking to their manager(?) about some personal stuff. Then after maybe a minute or 2 they acknowledged us and we paid. Then we were telling her we wanted 2 separate bags. She mumbled okay then closed the window. Then we got the food and my grandma said thank you, have a good day and the cashier closed the window on her. I know everybody has their bad days or just doesn't really want to talk to anybody but if you can talk to your coworkers then you can talk to us as well.“

“At first it seemed like the lady taking my order seemed frustrated at me for their messed up speaker but when I got to the window she was very nice all the food was good and all my order was correct HOWEVER the food was also VERY hot and one of my chicken strips was burnt, BUT who really needs to eat 4 chicken strips anyways lol, that's why I took off one star though because the food burnt my mouth pretty bad and one of them was burnt but I guess it was just freshly cooked, the med dip cone was huge and tasty as well. I subbed onion rings and they weren't skimpy with them like other DQs so I was pretty happy about that.“

“The staff and manager here were super friendly and greeted us like family! I usually don’t write reviews, let alone doing so for an established fast food joint. My experience here, however, was far beyond what I expected stumbling into a fast food joint on the tail end of a road trip. Everyone was so friendly, even though the place was quiet. When I called back to check for a missing item somebody in my party left behind, they thoroughly checked the table and even the bathroom, unprompted. Thanks for making us feel so welcomed after a long day.“

“I really appreciate the freshness of the food at this location. The staff is always friendly and welcoming as well. I went in last night pretty late and despite it being near closing, the woman treated me no different and didn’t mind making my order. I appreciate her being so kind. People like that really bring back customers for return visits. I wish I would have gotten her name so she could be recognized, but she had short blonde hair and a great smile!“

“We stopped by for a quick bite to eat and we're so impressed by the young lady working the counter, Grace. She was so pleasant when we placed our order. While we ate our food we watched her help several customers. Grace was incredibly patient and helpful and was always smiling. I was blown away by her level of customer service and her professionalism. Thank you for being so kind and keep up the great work!“

“Im not sure who she was that made my sub, but it was picture perfect! Unfortunately I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture! ? I love it when employees take pride in what they do! And she really did! Keep doing an amazing job lady who made my sub on Friday evening 7/12/2024, (you need a raise)
