Very clean, not fast food but good food quickly. ...and, and, and you can buy an entire smoked Boston butt here ....or a slab of ribs. This place is Americana.

Well, thanks a lot for changing your salad menu to be a duplicate of Wendy’s. Why? Customers liked your salads as you originally had them. My favorite was the chicken salad/salad. Now it is gone. And so am I. No more Hogbones. I mean! Do you know how many restaurants serve the Apple Pecan salad? Next thing you cook up will probably be tacos like Zaxby’s. Copy Cat

We eat here regularly, and I don’t think it’s a bad place, BUT sometimes a bad review is the only way to get someone’s attention. I ordered a chicken tender plate and when I got home it looked like one was half eaten. So I called and spoke to a manager and their response was “it’s not eaten, it’s where it was stuck to another one and I they broke it off.” So I asked why that is acceptable to pay for 5 tenders and get 4 and a half…..no response to that besides “it’s normal.” This isn’t acceptable. I wouldn’t serve this simply because it looks like someone took a bite out of it.

I’ve been eating hb since the first one in Waycross Ga, today the bbq and fries was or tasted burnt. Back to any other restaurant or fast food chain.
Please check your food before eating it. It was so hard to get the lids off these puddings, to the point to where the cup it was in was falling apart. Immediately I knew something was wrong. I checked both puddings and sure enough, there was mold on both. I could not believe it. It makes me wonder just how long the other food I ate has been sitting and not changed. I was offered to have it replaced in the future, but personally... I don't want to go back after this. I've NEVER had an issue with HnB, but this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE and disgusting.
