Very clean, fresh, and friendly atmosphere. Staff was extremely nice. It wants my 1st time eating there and wasn't sure what to get. A nice young lady with glasses assisted me (I wish I'd gotten her name) but she was the sweetest & most patient person ever. She truly went over and beyond servicing me and the food was extremely fresh! Definitely worth the drive! Will be going back often!

I recently went to this location sometime last week and Ahmari served me. He was a respectful and mannerful gentleman who I enjoyed speaking to. He was juggling what looked like the drive thru and guests walking in and he did it with ease. This young gentleman was the best part of visiting the Surcheros in Jesup.

The staff are professional, attentive, and happy to work there. Team members like Ahmari and Jace provide top tier service, are respectful, mannerful, super helpful, and polite, making customers feel like the most important customer. The owners truly care about their customers and are very involved with the restaurant. Customers drive hours just to eat here because none other compares to the customer service or the wait time. This location has never had a bad experience and is hands down the best.
