Usually I would recommend but I just went through the drive through and we asked a simple question and whoever came across the loud speaker was extremely rude.... I doubt I’ll be back I’d rather go to Popeyes
Terrible service here I swear��These ladies over here being all rude & stuff. I wouldn't recommend eating here, not with these people working here��Then they're over there, supposively cleaning the tables, & I hear them talking bad about us. Just because my mom didn't want to pay for my little 3 year old sister b/c she doesn't eat much, if barely something. The manager speaks to the customers, and one employee in particular is praised for their excellent service. The drive-thru lady went above and beyond to help a customer, even in a storm, and was described as phenomenal. Another employee, Erica, was praised for her great attitude and the quality of the food being better than the customer's usual KFC experience. While one customer was disappointed with the chicken pot pie, another customer was impressed by the young lady working the counter, Grace, who provided excellent customer service with a smile.
