The manager speaks to the customers, and one employee in particular is praised for their excellent service. The drive-thru lady went above and beyond to help a customer, even in a storm, and was described as phenomenal. Another employee, Erica, was praised for her great attitude and the quality of the food being better than the customer's usual KFC experience. While one customer was disappointed with the chicken pot pie, another customer was impressed by the young lady working the counter, Grace, who provided excellent customer service with a smile.
