I go to Krystal's every morning when I'm on day shift....they always forgetting something or have me to hold for a minute with no car in the parking lot and no cars ahead of me for about 2 -3minutes but y ....went this morning 2-23 and they forgot my tots and my breakfast was a lil more than usual ...y'all needs to get it together y'all about to loose a valuable customer for some nonsense

I've waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes
Every table was dirty from the night before. One older lady is working hard. The younger lady is on her personal phone. 😐

Went thru drive thru. He said hold please I sat there 15 minutes. Then blew the horn. I thought they had forgot about me. I then pulled around to front and went in and told the guy I got tired of waiting at the window he oh sorry we been busy. I was the only one in there. The other 2 workers were barley moving. Ou could tell they had no desire being there.Food was great though

Crooks...We ordered food online for that location on Nov 2nd at 5:23pm for $45.12 which was a bunch of Krystal burgers to feed a family in need. When we arrived the door was locked and a note on door that said be back in 30mins. We waited around..no employees..Since we had already let the family in need know to be ready for food and they were hungry, we had to quickly run to McDonald's and spend almost $50 there..We have yet to see our money back, but not do to a lack of trying. There is no Corporate person to talk to. You have to fill out a form for them to call you when they feel like it. Were still waiting. I will remove my review if they ever do some honest management. Until then, keep in mind, there is no return given in the store if you order either online or through the App, if there is no employees there to make your food or they are out of something.

I didn't even go there.
It literally took 12 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence at the counter then after the order was taken shared their card reader was down.
