They just throw it on a bun, all messy š¤·āāļø 2 year update... Placed an order at 2:26 I ordered 3 Krystals medium fry, a turnover and a soda. It's 3:00 and I just got my food, and two people that came in after me got their money back because they were waiting 20 minutes...

I didn't even get to order. I waited for at least 5 minutes at the speaker in drive thru. No one said anything to be. I did say hello several times. I drove around and saw a worker handing some change to the only other car in line.

Short lady with black hair shown no skill of customer service, i never been to a krystal before, i told her this, i ask bout the patty melt they were out, no big deal, but didnt tell me any more info regarding that, then she was talking to her co worker in a frustrated tone she tells her co worker āi have to DEAL with himā the place is dirty, no greeting no energy and no customer service. Overall experience, i would name it ādont come back hereā they also donāt do tap here, as she told me in a rude tone like i knew tht after telling her i never been here beforeā¦ i will not be backā¦ dont reach out to me, im not coming back to any krystal establishment. This happened around 1:50-2:15pm December 13th 2025

Sit in drive-thru for 5 minutes and nobody takes my order, so I pull around and go inside and the cashier has a nasty attitude. Thereās fries and trash on the floor as well.
