Dirty lobby, rude and disgusting customer service, the wait time is ridiculous. BOTH INSIDE AND AT THE WINDOW. The Food is cold always and over cooked. God forbid you need the rest of your order they forgot to put in the bag. You will be snatched from cussed out and have to demand a refund.

I ordered there this morning and with my meal I ordered a sprite. As I was over halfway back to Hinesville, I noticed that the cup was starting to get soft because it was a different type of cup and I looked in the cup and there was mold or mildew in the freaking cup!!!!!! You all need to do better and whoever made this drink had to see that! I would never spend money here again and I hope everyone sees this and not spend money there either! People will end up sick due to this!
Went to Krystal at 11:15 on a Saturday night. Walked in and no one acknowledged us for awhile. Finally one girl looks at me and says “we closed” The sign says open until midnight. She said “ my manager is making us close early”. I could understand if there was really a problem and you had to close early but wouldn’t you lock the doors and put a sign on the door? It was obvious that they just didn’t want to work. Sorry I bothered them!

This place is truly terrible! Every time we try and eat here and go through the drive thru they never answer the speaker to ever take your order and when they do they just say give me a minute and just never come back.
