Ordered a veggie pizza online. Got it home and opened it was VERY disappointed. The pizza barely had veggies on it and looked like trash. I immediately took the pizza back and showed the pizza to the cook and had it remake. The taste wasn't the same quality of veggies or flavor that I'm used to receiving at any other Papa Johns. Won't be returning.

Ordered a pizza at 6:30pm it's 8:16 & I still haven't gotten it. My ETA was 1hr. Not only that no one is answering the phone... I'm literally on hold while giving this review. This is my 16th time calling. This is insane. Keep your pizza and just refund my money at this point.

Rude quoted me 3 different times for pick up. Online time 20 minutes get there tell me will be 10 more minutes. So leave and go to the grocery store for drinks. Get back tell me 15 more minutes... all I ordered was one large pizza.. it came out very gross.. and half uncooked! Won't be back.

Of all the pizza places in Jesup GA, I think Papa John's is the best, especially their Garden Veggie Pizza, but I like mine a certain way. I once stopped in to order, then wait for it and have never had a problem. However, two times in a row, I have placed an order online and something was missing every time, but I had paid for it at the drive thru window the first time and did not check it. I returned a couple of days later to get the 3 missing items, the icing in the small cups and the girl apologized, then asked if I still wanted them. Uh....yeah! Well, last week on the 24th of October of 22, I was in the hospital having my left lower leg amputated. When I returned home on Friday the 28th, I thought how nice a pizza would be, so I hobbled to get my phone, placed an order from Papa John's in Jesup GA, placed an order for a large garden pizza, some bread sticks with garlic, 3 butter garlic butter cups for dipping and 3 ICING cups. This order was delivered, everything except the small cups of Icing, as this has been twice in a row. People at this store must not know how to READ, but they do know how to charge for each order. This order was $40 and some change. So either someone or possibly at least a couple of people at this store do not know how to read, or they just plain DO NOT CARE about a customer who has been a loyal customer!!! If this were my store, I would read off what was ordered by a customer just to make sure they got what they had ordered and paid for, but every time I have been there, they have never read back what I placed an order for. Ya know, it does not take a smart person to check the order and to make sure these dipping cups are included in an order. Not sure if I will return to this store again, as it is the little things which add up to be the big things. Hope someone or at least a couple of people get their act together, IF I go back again.

Really went the extra mile in dealing with my gluten allergy. This first pizza they made me had possibly gotten cross contaminated (all it takes is touching my pizza with something that's touched any bread or flour) and they immediately remade the whole pizza. If you have Celiac disease it's super hard to eat out anywhere, so them being that careful and understanding means a lot!! And the pizza was good too
