We were catching up with friends who we hadn't seen in over a year and wanted a good Chinese meal and this was an excellent choice. The service was great and not intrusive; food was plentiful and very tasty. We intend to visit again.
Hikari has fresh sushi and sashimi everyday. Their udon and pork cutlet is delicious and their fried rice is probably the best I've ever had. This is the best sushi restaurant I've ever been to. I come here at least once a week and have never been disappointed. They are way better than you're average food court restaurant. They're MSG free and they have delicious food and great customer service. I would highly recommend trying it. Trust me it's worth the drive.

I've been here several times over the last few years. Before the pandemic, the food was almost always delicious. For a period during the early months of the pandemic, the food was not up to par...definitely a change in cook. But, I've been back a handful of times in recent months and now it's back on par. Takeout is just as good.
