I was helped out by Bianca with her awesome customer service. Renee made sure that I got an amazing sandwich. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub. The place is very clean and it was enjoyable to have my dinner there.

Food is not stored correctly, and their freezer is broken which results in frozen water covering products being stored. It has been an issue for months and they refuse to fix the issue.
These people are the worst employers I have ever worked for. They alienate the same people that make sure these stores are running on a daily basis and offer criticism with zero support. Their expectations are impossible. Training at these stores is non existent for anyone who isn't a GM. They openly display their contempt for workers and tell people that all they care about is money, and it shows. When the stores start to close because they continue to hemorrhage money, I hope everyone realizes it's due to horrible leadership coming from the top down of this franchise. People are overworked under supported and underpaid.

Immaculate dining area and restrooms. Employees go out of their way to be helpful. I forgot my lettuce on my sandwich and went back in. The employee had immediately started sweeping when he finished our order. He said it was no problem, set the broom aside, washed his hands, put on gloves and helped me - all with a great attitude. That NEVER happens anymore. When I went back in the store, after eating on the porch, the other employee was busy wiping everything down. This is a VERY well run store.

I love jersey mikes and frequent this location often since I work next door and come in on my lunch breaks. The store is clean, the food is good the employees are nice but they are always very understaffed. Came in on Friday and there were about 8 people in line and there were only 2 employees. I only have 30 minutes for lunch and had leave because I only had 10 minutes left for lunch at this point and hadn't even gotten to the counter to order yet. My wife and I came in tonight and the poor guy was by himself. Not sure why they don't have enough employees but this place would be a 5 star review if they did.

Been here a few times since they opened last year. The employees here seem miserable and are just not friendly. I even encountered two male employees getting angry with each other. It was really awkward. This is a huge management issue trickling down.
Prices are outrageous for the portions, and more expensive than the Lawrenceville location. I’ll stick to Publix, where you get better service and way more bang for your buck. It’s really a shame because Jersey Mike’s subs are great tasting.

I was given one slice of turkey on my #7. One thin slice. I told the girl there was barely any turkey on the sandwich and she replied "it's on there." This is the worst Jersey Mike's location I have ever been to. The other location on Medlock Bridge is hands down the best with customer service, nice employees and they fix a great sandwich. I will never go back to this location again even though it is less than a mile from my home. The employees are too busy staring at their phones and have the disposition of wanting to be anywhere but there working. Horrible store. They'll never make it.

Work next door to this location and really want it to succeed. The store, however, is terribly mismanaged and understaffed. Originally chalked it up to grand opening learnings, however the issues are too consistent now. Rarely, if ever, do they meet times for pickup of mobile orders, but they often are overwhelmed at lunch time for in store patrons as well. Most recent visit was 5/22 - placed a Mobile order for pickup at 12:30. I showed up at around 12:35 to find my order not ready. There were two other people waiting for their mobile order as well as a lengthy walk up line. One mobile order was eventually completed by around 12:45. The other waiting patron left. I continued to wait, but noticed that the two young ladies (who were working their butts off) were simply taking orders from patrons that had walked in long after I arrived. At around 12.55 I could no longer wait. I left as well. I attempted to reach out to request a refund. However, all I could easily find was a “chat” to lodge a complaint. It’s been a day and a half with no response. It’s unfortunate as I love their food, but I will continue to frequent the Publix next door, as I’ve done for 10+ years. I don’t see this location making it without drastic changes to its leadership.

Literally one dude on staff struggling with online orders. Waited for 15 mins and still no progress, not to mention the "for hire" sign out front, this place is STRUGGLING. Just go to Publix lol

Great location. I come to this store several times a month and get the same thing every time - a #8 Mike’s Way. Autumn and Matt are great people to interact with. Food is always on time and fresh.
