Walked in on a whim wanting some plain, iced green tea and the woman at the front was very helpful! I’m not a boba tea or milk tea enjoyer, but this place was clean, the atmosphere was lovely. Will come back!

If you are looking for a sweet drink, Kung Fu Tea is usually the place to go. Many options, many toppings, and you can even adjust sweetness and sugar levels. They have many lactose free friendly options.However, beware: if you order online MAKE SURE you look at where you are ordering from. I was ordering from the app and chose my local KFT. However, it decided to choose my normal store. That store wayyy too far away. I realized it when I got to my local store and called to cancel...

First Kung Fu Tea I tried. Not my favorite in terms of boba as I feel it's a little more watered down, but it's nearer to the top of my list than most places. The thing I love most about Kung Fu Tea is they're the only boba place with an app and nice rewards system. Definitely worth a try.

Parking: More than ample parking in free lot.
