“This place serves Afghanistan food. I ordered kabuli pulao with lamb shank and chicken Chapli kabob which also came with rice, pickled onion and salad. Food was scrumptious. Meat is perfectly cooked and very tasty. Rice is yummy. I loved everything about the food. I will recommended all non vegetarian’s to try this place as it will never be a disappointment. I will definitely place an order again. Also, staff is very friendly. She explained and answered all the questions as it was our first time.“

“Our inaugural visit was last week (September 26). Upon entering, we were immediately and warmly greeted by Yusra. We explained it was our first visit, and she took time to explain the menu to us. The choices were plentiful, and it took a few minutes to decide. We all chose the Chicken Shawarma Plate with various sides. Each bite was more delicious than the previous. Once we ordered, our food was prepared fresh by Sam and delivered to our table. Our meals were delicious, plentiful and very good tasting. Yusra checked on us during our meal as she interacted with other guests. The prices were very reasonable, and we left with a promise that next time we are in Alpharetta, we will be back. Upon walking in, you place your order at the register. If the team is in the back (as they were when I arrived), there’s a little bell to ring for assistance — a nice touch that keeps things flowing.

After browsing the menu, I went with the chicken platter, which came with creamy hummus, a fresh salad, and warm, soft pita bread. I also added a side of chickpea curry soup, and let me tell you — the portion was generous, served hot, and packed with flavor.

Everything tasted fresh, filling, and well-seasoned. The prices were more than fair, and to top it off, bottled water was just $0.50. That’s rare these days!

This family-style Mediterranean spot is a solid yes for me. I felt welcomed, comfortable, and left full and satisfied. Definitely adding Cafe Sababa to my go-to list.“

“This is one of my favorite places to eat! Food is excellent and not a small fortune. I went the other night with my mom for her birthday and my mom had a seizure while there. They were incredibly kind and helpful as we sat there allowing her to recover in grace. Not only is the good fantastic but the staff are good humans! Go now!“

“I'm not usually a big fan of haleem, but the one here is really good. I also tried their chicken fried rice, which was okay, and the mutton biryani, which was good. Their chicken seekh kebab was okay too, but the beja fry was really good.“
