We go here at least once or twice a week. We have a 10-month old baby and she approves the food here. Eats so much every time she’s here.
My favorite is the Sour spicy with beef flank. My husband loves the beef soup. My 10yo boy loves the soup dumpling & their secret menu item “Popcorn chicken”.

I had heard so much about this place and was excited to try it! When we walked in, there were no workers or signs regarding seating so we were confused. After waiting a while, we just grabbed the menus and sat in an empty seat since it wasn't busy at all. The waitress showed up a lot later, and she wasn't very friendly. Still, service was fast. The menu was misleading since it didn't show any of the stir fried noodles, but they had signs of it outside that we saw after we left. We had the sour spicy beef soup and it wasn't spicy, but it was comforting because of the cold. It also looked nothing like the red, fiery picture on the menu. It didn't stick out as anything special, but the portion was HUGE and more than enough for 2, making per person cost less than $10. I'd recommend Yin Tang for a better hot pot experience.

First time with a hot pot. It was goooooood. Food came out steaming hot. Make sure to order the soup dumplings. Super tasty. Also tried the Chinese Pumpkin cake for the first time. Well done. I’d come back for sure.

My experience at this restaurant was bad. The food was only average—on par with what you'd find in a typical Taiwanese food court.
The real issue, however, occurred at checkout. The cashier dropped my card on the counter and immediately accused me of not placing it in the folder. Without checking their own station, they insisted I check my purse for it. It wasn't until after they made me go through my belongings that they finally found my card sitting on their own counter. The cashier's arrogant and dismissive attitude throughout this unprofessional ordeal was shocking.
Due to this disappointing experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This is my first time going to 10 second Rice noodle. I could not believe the amount of meat, noodles, sprouts, cabbage that was in my soup. It was so delicious and so filling. Just a tiny bit of spicy. The Gyoza was amazing. And the rice cake was like the most delicious little dessert I’ve ever had. I will definitely go back and I will probably get the exact same thing again it was remarkable, delicious, and extremely filling.

It’s a nice looking restaurant and I’ve always thought about checking out. I tried and it was a really bad experience. The noodles weren’t good at all, I couldn’t eat. The meat had a bad appearance and the noodles extremely soft in a way that made the texture feel weird.

We waited for at 25 minutes for the food to come but it still wasn’t here, unlike other times where we got the food in at least 10 minutes even when there’s a lot of people. The service was extremely bad, no one came to walk us to a table, there was no service at all.

Pretty little shop with great soup, noodle, and rice dishes. The items marked with 2 or 3 chilis pack some solid heat, but there are also plenty of non-spicy options with flavor packed broths that are well worth trying! The Sour Spicy soup was our favorite, and is a staple from their region in China.

Absolute gem in JC. Atmosphere is very clean. Food was great and came out super fast. One portion with extra noodles is big enough for me and my wife.

Everything tastes delicious. I especially loved their Rou Jia Mo (肉夹馍) b/c of the crispy bread. The hot pot rice noodle is more spicy than I expected so it’s better to adjust the spicy level if needed.

Service:
We were served timely and well. Besides water, they also offered hot tea. For a tea drinker, I appreciate this option very much.

The pepper chicken does not have chicken legs, which is different from the one in New York. The pepper chicken in New York is the same as the picture. This should be called Chicken Soup Noodles. ?

Love the food. The beef soup noodle is so delicious! The owner, Ms Xu, is so nice. The environment is very clean!

I liked the small dishes more than the noodle. If the broth was plain without flavor. The noodle itself was cooked just right. Restaurant was clean and decor was cute. waitress who served us was very friendly and professional.

I went back just for the cucumber salad alone. The dishes are phenomenal. Execution is on point.
