Very disappointing buffet experience. Looking at other bad review’s, It would be better if they discontinued the buffet altogether. Except for the welcome drink and the Manchow soup, everything else was below expectations.

Chicken curry was under-seasoned and lacked salt. The chicken biryani was served cold, had almost no flavor, and seemed to contain extra plain rice just to increase the quantity rather than the quality. The bhaji in the pav bhaji had an unpleasant sour taste, making it difficult to enjoy.

Overall, the food lacked freshness, flavor, and quality, making the buffet not worth the price. I expected much better from a restaurant associated with Sanjeev Kapoor.

If Sanjeev Kapoor himself came and tasted this buffet, I feel he would probably want to shut it down. That’s how disappointing the experience was.

I had a very disappointing experience at your buffet today. The naan was extremely salty, with chunks of salt in several bites, which made me feel unwell. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, I only received a brief apology with no effort to replace the food. Additionally, as a strictly vegetarian group, we were very concerned to find non-vegetarian items mixed into the vegetarian dishes. The service was also poorly managed—naan and puri were unavailable for over 20 minutes, and even after informing the manager, it took another 10 minutes to restock. There was also a shortage of the welcome drink. Overall, the experience was frustrating. We have gone there before and did not have such experience. Do not spoil the name of Sanjeev Kapoor.

While we sit here for buffet , they aren’t refilling any food whatsoever. While they fill chole they don’t fill poori or naan . Welcome drink is over and out worst tasting food ever. I have never had a bad Gobi Manchurian until now. Feels like chole is from left overs. They don’t refill plates. If this is what it is close the buffet . Worst restaurant

FYI - yes , you are right we didn’t accept the food they offered us to take home when we gave feedback when we didn’t like the food in first place. And we paid in full. And I never complained about the spice.

Had a wonderful experience at Yellow Chilli. The food was flavorful, well-presented, and had the perfect balance of traditional Indian taste with a modern touch. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, and the quality of ingredients really stood out.

The ambience was warm and inviting, making it a great place for both family dinners and casual outings. The staff was courteous, attentive, and ensured we had a comfortable dining experience throughout.

A special mention for the consistency in taste and presentation—something that is not easy to maintain. Overall, Yellow Chilli offers a memorable dining experience with great food, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere. Looking forward to visiting again.

Hopelessly mediocre. Have gone several times since opening many years ago, even hosted a large group here, and I have never once walked away happy. Food is bland, naan is always thin and not soft. If you ask for very spicy maybe finally the flavor shows up in the food, but just not worth the disappointment. Service lacks basic traits of a nice restaurant- this latest time we were first brought room temp water, when asked to change to ice water server literally brought two cups of ice chips... who does that. Can't say its totally horrible, but I don't plan on returning again.

Incredible food and stellar service! Every dish was flavorful, perfectly spiced, and served hot. The restaurant itself is clean, comfortable, and has a great atmosphere. Shout out to Ritick at the bar and Ubaid at our table—both were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They truly made our night memorable. Five stars all around, and I can't wait to come back!
