Food is good it’s just the staff , the older Hispanic gentleman always gets my order incorrect , when I order with the girl it’s correct , I asked them to fix the order cause I ordered half lemon pepper and hot , I got the wings and they were all hot , I asked if they were all supposed to be hot cause I order lemon pepper and hot . And the gentle man proceeds to say I didn’t tell him lemon pepper , in Spanish not know I can speak it , and it’s on the receipt he printed out , some nice customer service would go a long way , Thank you for his daughter whom was able to fix the order and switch them out for what I ordered

The food was edible at best. The Ruben was a brick and flavorless. The wings looked like they had been pulled from a baby chick but the sweet and spicy sauce did have a decent flavor. The store looked like it was having a bigger identity crisis than a gay transsexual on a nude beach in December. It was Asian decor on the walls and around the door covered in hearts with a heart covered Christmas tree in the corner with only two tables (six chairs) that had burger flyers on them. Honestly I would never recommend this location to anyone. The only saving grace was the staff was very nice and they were quick with our food.

Tonight sunday Feb 9, and other days we had to leave without our food again. The owner has to know that the workersbin there don't give A damn, the Spanish cashier tonight send all the Uber pick up home empty handed, like they're only serving in person customers. They causing this restaurant to lose a lot of money. The workers cooks and cashier fold under pressure once the restaurant got a bit Busy, Busy or not you should serve everyone not send them home with no food and cancel their orders

As long as I can remember a sandwich combo included fries and a drink. Because you add wings it does not take away the fries nor should you have to pay extra for fries when you have already ordered a combo. I was told by the manager at this location that I have to pay extra for fries even though I had already ordered a combo with wings. People please stop falling for the banana in the tail pipe because they think you are stupid. I don't care what you add to your order, if you ordered a sandwich combo it comes with fries and a drink. Wake up people, stop letting people just tell you anything and get away with it. They have no respect for you. Spend your hard earned money where you are respected and appreciated.

Are used to love this place when I was a kid! Keeping that in mind, my expectations might’ve been higher. But overall the service was good the chicken I didn’t care for as much. Not as fresh and juicy as I once remember. It almost had an older grease flavor to it even through the sauce. Next time I’ll have to try to Philly.

Why in the hell are yall serving hard mediterranean rice at AMERICAN deli. Shrimp fried Mediterranean rice is not what I ordered but is what I got and it is disgusting.
