I regret to share that my recent dining experience was unsatisfactory. The food served was not up to expectations, as several items were missing toppings and did not match our original order due to the kitchen being out of certain ingredients. Additionally, the wait time for our appetizers was excessively long, indicating a lack of organization in service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this establishment for family dining, as it ultimately resulted in a significant inconvenience for us. We found ourselves needing to return home to prepare dinner after our visit.

I usually don’t write reviews but our server Curstyn was the BEST! She greeted us right away and was very knowledgeable about the menu. Everything she suggested from the food to the drinks were spot on. We will definitely be back to see her!!

My wife wanted to go to this location for her birthday on 11-13-24 at 10:06pm. When we entered there was no host to greet us. The bar tender looked up at us several times and said nothing. He just continued doing his job. I guess he made the choice to show no hospitality since he was not going to financially benefit from us which I thought was completely unprofessional and disrespectful .Several other team members looked at us and said nothing. We stood at the host stand for about 5 minutes until finally the host came up to seat us. It took a few moments before we were greeted by Kianna. The service was not that great especially when she delivered our food with an unlit cigarette in her right hand. The most we saw her when it was time to pay. After washing my hands in the bathroom I had to use the napkins from my table to dry my hands. My wife’s steak was cooked to perfection but it was not seasoned at all. My food was bland and I got it to go. We just moved to this area from Maryland and we really enjoy eating out but if this Applebees is the best Clayton County has to offer then maybe we should not patronize and cook more often. No manager presence in the dining room. I REALLY could have spent my money elsewhere.Completely dissatisfied and will never return.

Treneshia my server was great. She was attentive and did her best to keep up with her section. The reason for the bad review......... The manager on staff this Sunday was horrible. Maybe it was a bad day or maybe she just needs some additional training. She watched the servers with crossed arms and offered NO help. I even overheard her bad mouthing them and insinuating they didn’t know what they were doing. I can almost guarantee if she had stepped in and cleared a table or went in the back and gotten food out to a table that would have been the help needed to allow her servers a chance to catch their breath. I have never in all my years of dining out witnessed this. I don't like doing reviews but this poor service deserved a review so that hopefully changes are made. I could go on and on but I think this is enough. Needless to say I will not be back.

My disappointment is that two out of three occasions that I've visited this location,I've been told that the Chicken Won Ton Tacos weren't available. In my opinion this is bad management when you don't have popular menu items unavailable. It's common sense to make sure you have popular items available during ordering. As a person who works in hospitality as a Bartender,I never want to tell a guest no about the menu. It's embarrassing when you can't offer the menu in its entirety. I'm also experienced in restaurant management and food ordering. If I go there one more time and they say the item isn't available, I'm going to ask for a manager to get to the root of the problem. Is it really unavailable, or are the cooks being lazy?????
