This location needs to hire more people! Restaurant wasn’t busy what so ever and it took almost 2 hours just to get drinks. The food is horrible. I never knew a salad can be disgusting. NO SEASONING ON ANYTHING. Cheese is burnt and fries are cold and nasty.

The Bourbon St Chicken was so good. Grilled chicken, sauted onions and mashed potatoes. Don't forget to try their spinach dipp. The customer service is very nice and professional. Made me feel at home and very welcomed to be there. My waiter #Donnie B. 😁😁😁😁😁

I wish I could give this store a 0! We sat down at 1045 pm didn’t get drinks until 11:15 pm ! We had to complain to the manager to even get drinks the server then came to the table took our orders I asked for plastic silverware the food was brought out by the workers in the kitchen by now it’s 11:30 still no silverware so had to ask the manager again or someone who brought the food then we asked for the ticket bc the food was cold when it finally did come out we sat there another 15 minutes waiting on the ticket and to go drinks the server was sitting down ! So once 20 minutes passed we like we about to go they screamed like yall walking out on the ticket we like we been trying to pay for 20 minutes! Food was cold we never got a refill on drinks or to go drinks never going there again!

Waited for a food delivery order and I was told to go to the to go counter the waiter literally walked past me multiple times the cooks came out to talk and I didn't get no service so I left will not be coming in there to even get my own food or pick up and delivery order

I visited the Applebee’s in Jonesboro, GA tonight and had one of the most uncomfortable and disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.
From the moment I walked in, the experience started off poorly. The host who greeted me had an unpleasant attitude. Shortly after being seated, I was approached by another guest who insisted on sitting with me and began harassing me. While I understand that this part was not entirely within Applebee’s control, it absolutely affected my experience. Thankfully, one employee did step in and asked the man to leave due to my visible discomfort, which I appreciated. All of this occurred within the first 10 minutes of my visit.
Unfortunately, things only went downhill from there. After being seated, I waited approximately 40 minutes without being greeted by a server. No one checked on me, offered water, or even acknowledged my table. Eventually, a bartender noticed me looking around and asked if I had been helped. I told her no, and she stated that she was technically off the clock but would go ahead and take my order anyway. She took my appetizer order, entree order and bar drink, which she did bring out.
About 15 minutes after bringing my drink, I watched her leave the restaurant without introducing me to a server, closing me out, or saying anything at all. Another 15 minutes later, my appetizer finally arrived. By that time, my drink was empty, and no one ever came by to offer water, another drink, or even introduce themselves as my server.
When the food runner brought my entree, I asked him to bring me a box and my check because at that point I was done waiting. He said he would find someone, and another bartender eventually brought me my box and check. I paid and left feeling extremely unhappy and overlooked.
Between the lack of service, poor communication, and overall disorganization, this experience was horrific.
