Good service, but MY smoked brisket was mediocre and MUCH less meat than my daughter's and mother's (who both agree it was inferior to their's) AND less than it was last week (when I ordered the same). I realize that not all sandwiches are the same, but still, I was disappointed.

My recent experience at Arby's left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. Upon attempting to pay for my meal with coins, I was shockingly informed that Arby's does not accept payment in this form. This policy not only reflects a lack of consideration for customers but also raises questions about the company's commitment to inclusivity and basic customer service principles. As a consumer, I expect to have the freedom to pay for goods and services with legal tender, regardless of its form. However, Arby's seemingly arbitrary refusal to accept coins as payment left me feeling marginalized and undervalued as a customer. It's disheartening to encounter such inflexibility from a well-known fast-food chain.Beyond the inconvenience it caused me personally, this policy raises broader concerns about accessibility. For many individuals, especially those on fixed incomes or with limited access to banking services, cash transactions are a necessity. By refusing to accept coins, Arby's effectively excludes these customers from patronizing their establishment. Moreover, the way in which this policy was enforced only exacerbated the issue. The staff's demeanor was dismissive and unapologetic, as if my attempt to pay with coins was an inconvenience to them. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the form of payment I choose to use.Overall, my experience at Arby's was deeply disappointing. Their refusal to accept payment in coins not only demonstrates a lack of consideration for customers but also highlights broader issues of accessibility and customer service. I sincerely hope that Arby's reconsiders their policy and takes steps to ensure that all customers feel valued and respected.

Showed up at 10:45 AM. The website says they open at 10:00 AM, and the signage on the door says 09:30 AM. Everything was closed, doors were locked, drive thru was non responsive. While driving past the drive thru window, we saw people standing around. This is not the only time we have gotten snubbed and service denied. This is just the latest and most egregious.

I like Arby's, It's good, Once I tried a Roast beef slider and it was delicious, I tried their Mac n cheese bites, Reese's cookie, crinkle fries, their good burger meal that the meal is based on the movie "good burger", that comes with a burger with ed's sauce, crinkle fries and a strawberry milkshake and their meal is good, I like their jamocha coffee shake and I be slurping on it and it's tasty, Arby's is so delicious ?
