Bruster's Real Ice Cream

I buy kids Dino sundae at other locations ,and was never charged for a change of flavor. As far as I know we can choose the flavor we want without having to pay $1.50 extra .

My 4 children and I come here regularly, I normally get the free baby cone for my 2 year old. Was told today they discontinued giving out baby cones. Very disappointing were regulars. Will not be coming back.

While I liked that they have a drive thru, I was NOT pleased with the prices. They were higher than what I pay at any other location for the exact same thing. I also was not a fan of the ice cream. I ordered strawberry cheesecake and Oreo, but they were more like vanilla with a dash of strawberry swirl and a few Oreo crumbs. This was my first and last visit to the Morrow location.

Went there purchase ice cream found hair in it . I went back to store to return and get a refund it I asked to speak to manager the guy said he was the manager. The guy called me a liar . I gave the ice cream back to him . He was trying to force me to keep the ice cream . My time is valuable I would not have wasted my time to drive back there for nothing .The customer service is terrible I will not return .I do not recommend others to go either I will share my experience with others.

I love to get sweet treats from here! The young lady came out to the menu to be sure I was getting exactly what I desired. Great customer service and products.

They took like 10 peoples orders before fixing the first making it chaos. 20 minutes after I ordered I received my food.

$10 for a sundae is wild to me & then the ice cream wasn't the best. Definitely not worth it. Better off going to the grocery store.

My family of 19 went for ice cream, and we had the pleasure of working with Euricka (sp) and Shay. They were so nice and accommodating. Thank you for allowing us to go to the window, since it was all on one tab, instead of dealing with 4 different cars in the drive through. Service was amazing!

I've never experienced such EXCELLENT customer service at a Brusters before. I've frequented several here in Georgia, and the lady on dayshift by the name of "Sha" exceeded all of my expectations! If we had more people like her in customer service, the world would be a better place! Thank you Ms. Sha again for such an AMAZING experience!

Ordered only one item and they got the order wrong and above all I paid for extra cookies I didn’t even get lol .. anyway chick fil milkshakes are better and cheaper ;)

Where do I start. So I went up on a Sunday night with a sweet tooth I order a scoop of new your cheesecake and a scoop of white turtle in a cup. My order came up to $6.06 & I gave her $20 & said I got $.06 but I guess she press that magic button (which shouldn’t be a big issue right) ??‍♀️ but no the girl didn’t know how to count back and I guess that $.06 scared her. I can’t say it Brusters fault but please give these kids a simple math test before working the register. Then I get order and get home and why I have a scoop of plain vanilla and a scoop of vanilla with a big block of something brown (either brown sugar or graham cracker). Point blank I didn’t find no chocolate pieces or nut to call it turtle. To top it off there was a piece of plastic in my ice cream. I just couldn’t. It messed up my night and my sweet tooth.

Sunshine started at the drive-thru speaker. I could tell she was smiling while taking my order. The deviation from my normal white turtle to key lime pie ice cream did not disappoint. Chance and Shay’s customer service was the cherry on top.

I am very disappointed & disgusted with what just happened to me. I was simply enjoying my ice cream, half way done when i took a bite & noticed i was chewing on a fingernail!! I am so disturbed because I was literally almost done & there was no way i spent 20 dollars for a fingernail to be in my ice cream. I could cry. This was my first time going here & as a first time customer I could say i’ll never ever be back.
