Bubbakoo's Burritos

I witnessed something truly disturbing at this restaurant. One of the staff members was deep frying tortilla bowls, dropped the tongs on the floor, and then picked them up and continued using them—without cleaning or replacing them. It wasn’t a mistake. It was business as usual. No one behind the counter seemed to care.

This wasn’t just careless—it was a clear sign that food safety and customer well-being are not priorities here. If you value cleanliness and basic respect for the food you eat, do yourself a favor and stay away. I won’t be returning, and I strongly urge others to think twice before eating here.

Great, quality food with so many options. Staff is great and pickup orders are ready on time. Simply put, they don’t miss.

I am sure the server wasn't fully aware, but to swipe your nose with the back of your wrist is an ABSOLUTE turn-off when serving food. The checkout man was great. The server (tall gentleman with hat and red design between the eyes) was a little impatient. It was my first time, and I was ordering for others. The food looked fresh, take delicious. The portion are excellent.

I’m literally here while I’m writing this… I came in… nobody said nothing to me for about 5-8min. So then I was walking away and then the guy said “you ready to order?” I looked back and said “I didn’t think you guys wanted to take it since nobody said nothing to me for while”. No apology or nothing. I normally order from this place or uber eats and I finally decided to get my food in person but this experience put a very bad taste in my mouth.

On a late night, everyone was at the Wingstop next-door so I stopped in the burrito place as no one was in line. Decent variety with the ability for you to customize your bowl or wrap however you’d like. I chose the general Tso’s crispy chicken, which had a good flavor and crunch. The chicken tenders were already made in a bowl. He chopped it up then they added the respective sauce to it. Young people and older gentlemen working. Ok price and quantity. The beef Barbacoa looked good. It’s well lit inside and some fair seating. It was ok, I can’t recall anything so special or unique to report. Try them for yourself. If you could wait in line for Wingstop next door, you can definitely try here-something different than wings. Don’t worry, they still sell fried chicken.

I’ve eaten at the Stockbridge & Mt. Zion locations. The food is always FRESH! Restaurant is clean! Customer service is always GREAT!!! Even when I use a delivery service, the food looks JUST like the picture!!!! It’s fulfilling, reasonably and properly priced! My children absolutely be lit when I bring Bubbakoos home! I recommend!

The restaurant is very clean and the staff is very attentive and friendly! Food is fresh every time. There is limited seating here, so not for large gatherings. The food is decent, its the meat has a lack of flavor in my opinion but its always cooked perfectly. And the toppings again are very FRESH! Would recommend for lunch for work or when you don't want to cook.
