Bubbakoo's Burritos

I ordered two meals off of Doordash here and not only did I not get what I ordered for either meal, but when I called the number ther person did not want to give us his proper name, yet still told us that we can go up there and get our proper meals made, since it was after hours. Nevertheless we go up there the day after and the whole staff acts like we're speaking a foreign language and then tells us the manager knows nothing. Even though we had the receipt and Pictures. Quite unfortunate, especially since we've have been going here since the day they open.
We won't make that mistake again.

Boyfriend & I wanted to try something new. I’ve been a picky eater later so I was skeptical but they did not disappoint. I got 3 hard shell steak tacos and I ate every last one. Definitely will be back.

Elli was amazing this afternoon serving on a busy lunch service. Food was delicious! Great portions . Great buzz around afternoon lunch time. Second time eating here and will be back !

very good burritos......

I gave this place a second chance because I love burritos but its a no. When you first walk in there is a very strong male cologne scent. Like they are trying to mask an odor. The lobby is clean and looks great. The flavor of the burrito was basic, the chicken was old like from the day before both times. They didn't have salsa Verde but I was advised to try their green house made sauce it tasted dirty is the best description that I can give. Definitely not worth the price.

The food was very fresh and the customer service was over-the-top. They did an impeccable job. Everybody that works. Here was very friendly and accommodating, and most of all who was delicious.

Parking: They are located in a spacious plaza, so there was more than enough parking spot. I parked comfortably.

The burrito was good but the service was subpar starting with the first sandwich maker who acted like she might break if she smiled or showed kindness. The second one seem to be in training and the lying cashier who was probably the manager or owner lied about the guacamole being fresh and not canned. I guess he thought a black woman wouldn't know the difference. And the chips were burnt which made it the worse almost 6 dollars spent.

My first experience at this place was ok. The food is good and always fresh… but the attitudes from the workers ( not all but majority) are HORRBILE! If you don’t want to work, I’d rather you call out than come to work and be rude to your customers. My family had the tacos, quesadillas (two diff kinds) and one of the bowls. They’re also located in a nice area as well
