Manager Smoking in the kitchen. Bluah. Dining room advertised at the door sign to open unti 10pm yet, restroom closed at 9:30pm. Whe asked to use the restroom Manager was rude about it and chastized employees for not closing the front door at 9:30. So... They advertise 10 but Staff close it at 9:30. I think that is ilegal in GA, Isn't it?

This location is terrible during lunch hours. They will take one car at a time in the drive thru. You will sit at the speaker until no cars are at the window. After you finally place your order, they will make you stop before you get to the window and wait til your food is ready, then let you pull up, pay and go. I assume it's to make the drive thru wait times look really good even though they are actually horrible.. I've been to this location several times in the evenings/night and it's not like this. Consider getting lunch someplace else if your time is valuable.

I pulled in the parking lot…. Parked my car as I walk up I seen one of the employees out front smoking. I walk in the restaurant. At the door there was a lady sweeping I look over in the first booth I see an older lady on the phone. She has on a uniform shirt I’m assuming she’s the GM. There’s a customer standing at the counter the guy walks in from outside smoking goes to the back. Stop at the register and say, how may I help you he did not walk to the sink and wash up before assisting a customer. That was my concern I politely just walked out. Cause why do you feel okay with smoking a cigarette in front of the store and come in without washing your hands. I don’t care if you not in the kitchen. You still going touch cups etc….

Never open in the morning for breakfast. I try to stop here for early morning breakfast often. I can see someone in the building but when I pull up to the drive thru crickets.
