I had an extremely disappointing experience at Burger King this morning. The behavior of both the female cook and the manager was unacceptable and unprofessional. I attempted to use a BK gift card at the register, but it didn’t work. When I explained the issue, the manager addressed me in a rude tone, which was uncalled for.
I decided to place my order through the app instead, but the app didn’t have an option to add cheese. When I mentioned this, the manager became visibly irritated. I was told I would need to pay for the cheese, which I was fully prepared to do. However, I was not allowed to use my gift card for the transaction, even though I had my credit card ready as well. Both the cook and the manager were unnecessarily rude, with the cook emphasizing that she had to count every piece of cheese and insisting I had to pay—despite the fact that I never objected to paying in the first place.

People always very quick to complain when something goes wrong but few take time when something goes right. This location got everything right for me today. Everything fresh, presentable, tasty. No sloppy burger, no over friend onion rings or stale nuggets. EVERYTHING on point today. Good Job Guys.

Normally when I come here they don't get the order wrong. They got my burgers but I asked for 12-piece mozzarella sticks and they gave me spicy chicken fries instead. Could have been a mix-up but I'm pretty sure those come in different boxes if I'm correct. Out of the three times I've been here. This is the first were they messed up the order but they still gave me something good as an alternative so I can't complain much. Lol otherwise the atmosphere is fine, the employees seem chill, and if I were to have gone back I'm sure they would have replaced it but I didn't feel like getting back up to go there and I was in the middle of work.
Parking: The parking was fine.
Kid-friendliness: I don't see a reason for kids safety or happiness to be tampered with.

Hello Google family! I recently visited this Burger King managed by Ketema Turner, and I just have to commend the manager for doing an excellent job! The restaurant is always clean, organized, and beautifully decorated with Burger King crowns. The manager is always there super early and professionally present…ensuring everything is ready for the day, which really shows in their consistent 100 A health inspection score. The meals are always served hot and fresh. Overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommend this location! Great job..Mr. Turner& Staff… this place is truly fit for a QUEEN & KING status??♀️?

Great customer service. Sometimes, it's the little things that can brighten your day while heading to work. Thanks to the young lady (Jennifer) at the drive-thru for my crown ?. On the other hand, the prepare still puts bacon on my sandwich when I only request egg and cheese. However, I will let that one go.

Food was good and fresh. Had to move aside to wait (which was fine) but they only gave us 1 of our drinks. I specifically requested NO SAUCES on my burger and sure enough 1st bite and all this sauce came running out of the wrapper down my shirt. ?
My name is LaShanda, my Aunt who is 75 her and her husband ordered dinner from this restaurant Wednesday 7/17/2024. Bad news, my Aunt has food poisoning from this Burger King. She has not been able to eat anything since Wednesday 7/17/2024. Please, please ,please make sure yall food is fresh and not out of date, before you all serve anymore food from this restaurant. She will be 76 in August. This is really not good, for my aunt nor the restaurant.
