They are slow greedy you get 1 ketchup for large fries the customer is horrible no hair nets on them ugly cashiers y’all have in there !! So much for light mayo they so slow they flooded burger with mayo

I went there today. It was around 4pm. I was told I couldn't be waited on inside: it was for Door Dash. Why have the doors open if you're not taking inside orders? I just went back to my car and left. American Deli is in the same plaza.
I always go to this Burger King instead of going to the one closer to my house but what a disappointment on my recent visit.Fist off the guy in the drive thru (heavy set black guy with a Fanny pack on) was very unprofessional, he stared at me for 2 mins with the window open before saying anything. He handed me a greasy bag I almost threw up when I seen it. Then when I got home the bread was breaking and no pickles when I specifically asked for extra pickles, I feel like they did that on purpose. These restaurants are becoming a disappointment every where, that’s why I rather spend my money cooking for myself at home. Get new management PLEASEEE!

I just order my number one thru the drive thru and they was so unprofessional, my order was missing the bacon and the OLD lady that was working at the window just put any sauce in my bag. Not saying this location is bad but the crew they had on shift tonight need to be educated.

Stopped by this restaurant on my way down the interstate. Went through the drive thru. Service was quick and staff was nice. The food was way better than any other BK I've been to. Only offense was my large sweet tea turned out to be a coke... Which if you're not expecting it... That's a shock! Didn't feel like turning around and going back to have it fixed, so it is what it is. Otherwise, good experience.
