Drive thru employees are very slow & I really mean slow. Food was lukewarm. I don't eat Burger King anywhere!!
Disorganized and slow. Run down and tired. Parking lot full of trash.
Forever done with drive-thru. They can never get my order right. They'll add mayo to a no mayo order, forget to add cheese & please don't order more than three items. They'll faithfully leave out a item but wont forget to charge me for it. Dine-in only or don't go.
Sadly, we were unable to place an order or remain in the restaurant. Prior to a evening of movies at a nearby theater we stopped in for a meal and to allow the kids to play in the Playland. We walked in the door and was accosted by thick smoke and overwhelming heat. It was explained that the air conditioning had been broken for nearly a week and the grill had "over cooked" some patties, thus the smoke. There were no doors open, no fans and the employees seemed unconcerned with the situation. We had our meal elsewhere.
The fries wasn't fresh but the burger was good. A lot of rough looking people were hanging around the facility. I didn't feel safe. I wouldn't come back.
