This afternoon, I had a wonderful experience at the drive-thru. The worker who greeted me was named Kay. She had an amazing spirit and energy. She seemed very determined and kind. I truly believe that Checkers needs more workers like her, those with a positive attitude and energy.

Manger extremely RUDE!!! Items from order missing, I called ph# on receipt not in service. So I went back, asked for courtesy treat, for inconvenience. Didn't get, I did get a BIG attitude from MANAGER!!

Waited 15 mins for fries and cheese sticks to on be missing some of the sticks and had no fork in the bag for a fully loaded fry!!! If I gotta wait that long at least have everything in the bag that should be there
