The food was hot and not quite correct, and there was no sauce for the strips after asking 3 times. I guess they forgot, but the bars on the drive-thru window took me out, and they were really nice. I didn't mean to get her in the picture. My bad

Parking: Parking is available, but really, why would you park out there if bars are on the windows? I'm just saying

I had a interview with Checkers today through there online team and I got here before time of the interview and I came to the front and people where sitting on Food bins and had food that they where eating on the same table were they’re fix you or my food at, worst part about it is the GM told the associate to tell me there not doing interviews and when I ask to speak to her she said she was in a meeting which doesn’t make sense because she was just preparing food while one of the associate where sitting down, so unprofessional and lack of Time management people leave there other jobs to come here and now you say that the online site is wrong, come on either this Franchise is new and doesn’t kno how to Schedule interviews through online services and with the GM of the store
To make sure everyone is on the same page but I see the 85 on the door so I know there not on the same page sorry for the owner you need to fix your team.

If I could give a zero i would me and my boys came to grab some dinner first thing we waited in line sruck for 20 mins second no one was in uniform they was in street clothes thenlady making all the sandwiches fussing with the young lady at the driver thru window then I think the blonde head lady was the manager she was telling everyone she has a stalker and looking out the windows as if the stalker was coming. Over all the young lady who had on a shirt that said black vibes and sweat pants she was so nice but everyone else was bad food was messed up and other service was not well it's needs a do over the while restaurant on top of that the grade for the store was covered up on the window

If I could I would give this location a ZERO!!! Due to the fact this young lady (in the picture) actions of being rude and not willing to serve a customer at the window. I arrived at 10:50pm Friday Sep. 27 when there was no traffic and there was one car ahead of me. When I proceeded to head to the window and announce that I am a driver coming to pick up a customer order I was told to pull around to the driver side, where there was NO DRIVER AT THE TIME on the driver side. I wasn’t given no update on the order or if the order is coming right up, so I can leave and proceed to drop the order off to the customer. In fact, this young lady (in the picture) waited until three cars came when it was just only ME at the time. I was waiting about 20-30 minutes for an order that only took about five minutes to make SMH. THIRD PARTY customers are still CUSTOMERS so treat the driver(s) that’s coming to get their order with respect and make sure the food is cooked like an in person customer at the drive thru. Don’t be UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE!!! Just be FAIR!!!!

Don’t go here for the 5 for 5 they don’t even have all the items and they try to double you up on fries to replace what they do have greasy old fries they put in the grease again to give you

Ordered a Baconzilla combo via Uber Eats and the staff at Checker's put the WRONG ORDER in the outside bag and gave me someone else's drink. The order that I was given was cold and looked as if it had been sitting there for some time before being placed in the bag that was supposed to be my order (The correct order was listed on the receipt stapled to the outside bag.) and the fries were cold and soggy. Ended up requesting a refund from Uber Eats and this marks another restaurant in the area that has lost my business (either in person or via delivery) due to screwing up an Uber Eats order.
